Spoke with a gent at the Downtown PC office on 11/20/2015 qt 10:30 am to locate a package that was tracked and showed delivered. I just wanted info to find this pkg. Young man was very short abrupt, borderline straight up rude and I had to drag info out of him. He seemed angry that I even asked for the delivery details of my package. This attitude is one reason the USPS in in the shape it's in. I say just shut it down and let Fed Ex, UPS and local enterprises take over the delivery of mail.
