Francis at the Mandarin PO is the best she helped me so much when my packages had issues. She’s great at her job and actually cares! I can’t thank her enough.

Mail service on Loretto Rd here in Jacksonville, Fla. is getting worse and worse. PO Truck Drivers are either passing by mailboxes with flags up or shoving mail in on top of mail that needs to be picked up. Flags are being left up in all instances. IF they stop at all. The price of stamps went up yesterday, but we can't even get decent service to use them! Today is the 5th day in a row mail has not been picked up out of the mailbox. These truck drivers have 3 jobs, to put the mail in andor take it out of the box and put the flag down. It's not rocket science...yet they can't seem to accomplish this task. This has been going on off and on for at least 2 years. Can't we get better service out of the PO & workers than this?

On March 20th I watched the relief mailman pass by my mailbox and not deliver the items that I've been waiting for month to deliver. There was a van parked near my driveway nowhere near the mailbox. Not only did he not deliver my packages, but he didn't pick up the mail from my mailbox.........not happy.

My mail carrier leaves my mail on the floor of my porch out in the open. I spread for wasp three times. None are there but she continues throwing my mail on the floor. I have videos of her continuous abuse. I live at 8606 Brierwood Rd 32217. Please have her stop this or i will persue investigation..

Update I finally caught up with the mailman today and he located all but one of my packages. He was nice and did what he could to fix the issues. Hoping to find the one lost item. I can live without it but glad they located the other 4 that were missing.

have tried to call post office with no luck. need information on installing a mailbox to get delivery that's not at a community box.

Tuesday 9/28/21 I have tried to call the Mandarin PO on several occasions (in regards to fraud) phone rings multiple times, then rings busy, in other words no one answers!??

I would like to rent a P O Box at the Sunbeam Rd. U. S. Postal Service for my private Investigation Business her in Jacksonville, FL. Would you please send me the rental costs and the availability of the P.O. Boxes at the Sunbeam Rd. Branch? Thank you for your time & assistance concerning this matter. Kind Regards, Charles Griffin

This post office on sunbeam stole my passport and my identity. I have filed complaints for theft and identity fraud with Feds because this post office ignores me in person and ignores my certified letters. The tracking number on my passport shows it never left Sunbeam since January 13, 2021. I plan to sue Sunbeam for every penny they stole and my expenses to get answers. This criminal action will not go unresolved. Every legal action will be used to find the thief.

Postman drove up to my mail box put a notice tried to deliver and drove off as is am sitting in the office watching him do this. He never came to the door or even drove in the yard.

Susan at this post office is very rude and serves no help at all. You can’t even ask a question without her over talking you. They should have someone else answering the phones with enthusiasm and able to help.

I just got an email about an amazon delivery. They did not leave delivery. They did not ring or knock on door. Just drove off, there is a secure place to leave delivery. Other carries do it, why can't the post office. You need to look into the work done at 32257 post office. 2nd time I have had a problem.

12/18/2019 I walked into the Mandarin office and there was at least 25 people in line waiting to be helped. It seems that during this time of year (Christmas) that you would have more than one postal employee helping customers. Yes you had one employee for postal services and one employee working helping pass ports customers. I would think that you have extra personal to help your customers get there letters and or packages posted quicker and not in line for 30 to 45 minutes.

Just watched the carrier drive by 4 houses, including mine, without stopping. This has happened for 4 days and counting with 5 houses receiving no mail. The post office also has 2 packages of things I ordered that have now gone out for delivery 3 times and are now being held on “ customer requests hold”. I most certainly did not request any holds. Why is the Post Office not delivering mail...and of course, the Mandarin Office is not picking up the phone. ( 11 tries during “ business hours”.

Does anyone at this post office know how to answer the phone I have been calling since they opened and half a day later I am still trying. No wander the mail system is in so much debt they need to be taken over by someone who is competent.

I have tried like other people to call the Mandarin PO and no one answers the phone and then the line rings busy.

Why doesn’t anyone answer the telephone at the Mandarin Branch? I have called several times. The phone rings, then goes to the operator, then the busy signal comes on. The mailbox I have needed to have a new lock installed back in June. I returned on August 17, and went to pick up my mail that was put on hold and asked for a new key, but it was not found. Please have my new key available on Monday August 20. Thank you Visitation Brittain

Who is over the employees who answer the phones? Who can one complain to? One "female dog in heat's" attitude SUCKS! It's funny that when I wanted to speak to a manager to complain, she hung up on me. Who is over that "female dog in heat"?

That "female dog in heat" hung up on me because I was VERY UPSET...I was talking loud and finally said "who can I complain to because this is poo?" I mailed a certified letter from there to Michigan on 09/14/17 and was told it would arrive on 09/18/17. It is now 09/23/17...has been a total of 9 days and still in "screwing" transit!!!
