I sent a letter to Gulf Breeze, Navarre, & Pensacola Post office dated 10-10-23 regarding problems with outgoing mail from home address. No individual from those post offices has ever attempted to my knowledge to contact me about the letter. I have now sent a 2nd Request letter asking for help!!! I mailed my Medicare payment & several bithdays cards on 11-04-23. Medicare nor the birthday cards were ever received. Since my payments are NOT received, this is causing a hardship for the customer. I hope that supervisors with the post office are reading the comments on this website. PLEASE help there is a mail problem in the Midway/Gulf Breeze/Navarre areas. Thank You Deborah L.

Using messanger from their USPS Facebook page worked! I got my husband’s birthday present! They said it was mistakenly scanned as “insufficient address”.

Do not expect anyone to answer your call. The prerecorded message immediately transfers you to a non existent operator. Time to change their message tp say " Hang up and go to the Gulf Breeze Post Office for help, we don't answer this zombie line".

Our medicine was delivered to the wrong address. They were nice enough to bring it to us, and they were on another street. We had a package that we received that came to the wrong address, we took it to them 3 streets over. Do we have a new mail carrier??? I tried all morning to contact the Post Office and no one would answer the phone in Gulf Breeze.

Nobody will answer the phone, 4 times, 20 minutes no answer. This PO is a PITA anyways.

I wouldn't even rate this as a 1/5, but rather zero if I could. At our last house our mail person was amazing. Never delivered the previous homeowners mail and delivered on the weekends. He was the best and friendliest post person I've ever encountered. BUT we moved 3 miles away and our new service (just a month later) is not great. They have a hard time delivering packages on the weekend for some reason - two separate times so far. We are still using the same local post office as the previous house, so it doesn't make sense, except it's the post person, not the post office. None of the packages required a signature and were home both times. I've tried to call our local post office and they will not answer the phone. Customer service couldn't give answers so calling the 800 number was not helpful.

This is the second time a package was not delivered with a reason that they driver could not reach the house. Both times the package would have fit in my mail box. Both times I was at home. Both times my gate was unlocked and my puppies were inside so IF they had to come in they could. I call the number to try and reach the driver , as i did last time by driving to post office and its a ONE HOUR wait. This postal delivery guy needs a talking to. NOT HAPPY!

I can't say enough good things about Steve the post master in Gulf Breeze. My package was sent there by mistake and he helped above and beyond what I expected to get it to its proper destination. What he didn't know was it was a atlas for my friend who had to move due to hurricane Irma. He needed it find how to get to the doctors in Gainesville. (we're old school) Thanks Steve!

I hesitated to complain but will after reading other reviews. I came in and paid in full for a p.o. box on Oct. 27. The lady with a black bob hair cut, possibly late 40;s, early 50's, white, was about as rude as possible. It was like she just did not want me to get a po box for whatever reason. I had like 3 or 4 picture ID;s, my social security card and she was ridiculous telling me I had to fill out all these various forms. She got some form from a black dude in the back who was very kind. So I fill out this form and get to the bottom and it was printed on the form that it was for Alabama!!! She kept insisting that she really couldn't allow me to get a box - due to all these safety concerns since 911!!!! So anyway, she gets my money begrudgingly and gives me keys. However, I have not received one piece of mail in my box since the 27th of October. I am wondering what the heck is going on. Did she process or not process the information???? My money has come out of my account. Please advise if there is some issue I need to address. I went to my old P. O, on Davis and they also had zero mail. I know that I was expecting several things from the federal government and also my NC retirement, as well as my NC credit union. Please advise. Also, this is the 2nd employee at this branch that I have reported for their intense rudeness. What a shame. All the employees at the Davis St. address have been MORE than kind and helpful. Why is there such an issue at this particular branch. The other lady was an overweight white female with short hair. I reported her before I even left the facility.

I try to avoid the Gulf Breeze post office on Northcliff whenever possible. If you want to ruin your day, visit that post office. The rudest Postal workers I've ever seen, and such poor service. It's incredible!

If you need something at a decent time don't hold your breath with the Gulf Breeze postal service. That is if they do deliver your package to the correct address and have honest neighbors. Also when I've been to the actual post office they are super rude to the potential customers.

Tired of this. Had 2 packages that arrived at the gulf breeze post office yesterday, and today they were labeled "out for delivery". Well, it's well past 5 pm and still nothing. They have a bad habit of driving right by if they don't see cars out front. I have watched it happen before.... and they wonder why the USPS is broke. Getting a hold of them on the phone is harder than getting through to a radio station giving away free money.

Moron ups guy put my house as vacant because I have it for sale. I didn't sign anything and I didn't call anyone to make this happen. They went about it under NO AUTHORIZATION and I missed mail because of. Returned to sender. Lack of intelligence at this place.
