This post office in Sunrise FL needs a total management change. In the last few weeks, several times I was there to purchase STAMPS and told no stamps available. The lobby postal machine also could not provide stamps. Has anyone ever heard of a post office with no stamps? Employees show lack of interest to customers and not caring about their job. Place is not clean also.

Sadly, it seems like no one reads any of the comments. I'm certain if someone did there would be an investigation conducted by what seems to be the worst post office in the United States. I'm certain all those packages that never get delivered would be because this branch is stealing everyone's mail or packages and it's doesn't matter to anyone except the senders who waste their time and money filing paperwork that never deals with the fraud of not delivering anything but allowing mail to disappear. This branch manager needs to be held accountable for tarnishing the few good postal people who take mail fraud seriously. At lease, read the complaints, I did which is why maybe the local media, social media and or the US Post Marshall or the President Biden needs to see how this branch adds to why the public uses alternative for profit carriers. I feel sorry for the veterans who had only the Post Office welcome them with a decent opportunity to provide for themselves after serving this country, because somehow this branch forgot what it means to be respectful, loyal, honest and above all CARE.

Worst place ever! There is no one taking care of customers. Attendant is rude and only dealing with passports which take 20 mints per person. Another agent in an out so if you get lucky you wait an hour to ship a box!!!!

Have tried to get info on a package that should have delivered 3 days ago. Tracking says out for delivery @ 07:10 and then returned to the station @ almost 20:00 same day ? No one will answer the phone,(no surprise) and no response to e-mail inquires. From experience I've found out if you answer the phone and help out, it stops ringing and if you are nice to the customers, they won't go out of their way to use UPS/FED-X/DHL. The USPS is also considered a service and if you don't have to operate like a business & worry about losing money, you could at least smile and be friendly since you can't be fired like people in the Private Sector.

Friday Oct. 23, 2020 my mail was not picked up from my mail box or any new mail. At 6:30pm I walked past the delivery person on my street about 8 houses from my home. What is going on to not get mail service??

This is the WORST post office I have ever been to. I had a passport appointment scheduled for today. I received a voicemail asking if I could reschedule my appointment due to an emergency with the staffing and to call back with any issues. The voicemail was recorded at 8:23 am before the post office opened. I call right back of course when the post office opens at 8:30 am and NO answer. It appears that this post office does not like answering the phone! I have called over 30 times 5 minutes apart and NOTHING. How is it that this post office is still open!! This is why the postal service in the United States is failing.

Good luck with that. USPS has always been one of the worst run gubmint agencies. Its just a place where the unemployable (read diverse) get free jobs where they don't have to work. Don't expect anything. Use Fedex and UPS whenever possible.
