I changed my address a couple weeks ago. When would I receive notice about an updated address change? Or receive a key for my mailbox? I live in an apartment? I applied for an address change and was told it had to be sent to Tampa.

I understand lobby doors being locked during a hurricane, but some form of notification would be nice. I was expecting a check in the mail, but could not get in to the P.O. Boxes because of locked doors. There was no notice posted anywhere i could find, no one answers the local phone (message says enter access code), and the 800 number customer service had no information about when the lobby access would be available again. The storm did not affect use.

Yesterday a package was left in my box in Bushnell! that was the exact deminsions of the box! I took the contents and today I watch the new apparently delivery driver pull it out and throw it in the big package box which should have been used originally. My son brought my package I couldn't get out and the neighbors garage sale sign. If this is your new professionalism there needs to be a discussion on the new hires. Also the music could be heard from his van to my porch. When I attempted to call they will let it ring off the hook or hang up on your attempts to make this known. I enjoy our original lady.

Our carrier repeatedly leaves our mail and packages next door.We are rural as is most of Southern Sumter County…..Sometimes we get our mail from neighbors, sometimes not. Their add. Is 3633 ours is 3603. I had a city route in Tampa of 600 deliveries.I knew my customers. If I got mail with an incorrect address,I knew where it was supposed to be delivered.Rural carriers are paid by contract. The faster they get through, the faster they can go home.

At 12 noon on May 25 we received 2 packages at 417 west Central Ave. Bushnell, Fl. upon which the driver physically dropped and while he left our driveway drove right through our front yard leaving a tire wide long trench. We use USPS weekly and we don't appreciated delivery drivers like the one that left our packages. Thank you for your time Rodney Reese

The USPS Forwarding system is completely brain dead!!!! We have a forwarding address and the package that we have been waiting for has been sent back to the Bushnell Florida Post Office twice and rather than forward it to Kingston NY as the forwarding instructions on file say, they put it out for delivery again and when it couldn't be delivered, they return it to the Tampa Facility and so far the package has gone to Albany NY, Springfield Massachuesetts, then back to Tampa and back to Bushnell Florida, then out again for delivery and then returned to the Bushnell Post Office, but still not forwarded to Kingston. Then once again rather than forward the package to Kingston, NY, Bushnell sends it back to Tampa to start the whole bogus scenario all over again. No wonder everyone calls it SNAIL MAIL. The service is downright terrible and not worth the postage that we pay. Use UPS or Fed EX or anything than The United States Postal System. Pony Express would have gotten our package to us faster than the USPS, and we still don't have the package!!!!
