I have tried for 2 days in a row to call the Jog Road post office. I called for one solid hour every minute. Was transferred to the operator where the phone rang about 12 times and then just disconnected. One time over the past 2 days a gentleman did pickup only to hang up on me. I need to check into my mail delivery. This is a very important life line and impacts bills needing payment as well as money coming in. What is going on?
NO ANSWER ON THE PHONE!!! I have completed a forward form for all my mail to start on November 5th. It hasn’t happened! I can go on with the issues I’ve had at this location. If only I lived closer to the previous location I would transfer my services back.
Have Premium forwarding but you are still delivering mail to house from which forwarding is to occur. You do not pick up your phone at Jog Road Post a Office.

This is the second time that an bill mailed at your location has not gotten to its receiver. I always take my bills inside at the end of each month for mailing.
Once again the bill to Target did not reach them. It was mailed on 5/29/2019 and today is 6/7/2019 not arrived. I am charged a late fee plus a bank charge of $39.00 to stop payment. Your assistance in the matter is greatly appreciated.

I feel my complaint from the beginning of August was not addressed as the case # has not been closed out. The carrier took it upon themselves to stop my mail and label it "return to sender, not deliverable as addressed unable to forward." This cause a credit to disappear along with other mail. I was given a birthday card by a family member whose husband works in the post office this past weekend. She was concerned because she knew she had the correct address. When I told her the carrier acted on her own to change my mail, she said that is a serious offence.
Our mail has not been picked up for three days.

Saturday after hours machine, charged me and gave me a near blank postal label for shipping, could not be used.
Arrived 3 minutes after closed on Tuesday and spoke with Edward (manager?) said he was, but refused to help me because he said the post office was closed, even though there were 8 or so people in line to be seen... asked me come back another day, was going to take a long time to resolve my issue, I told him it's very hard for me to arrive before 6 because of work and he said to come back, I told him he was an asshole and he said he was going just about to help me but now that I have become belligerant he wouldn't and I had to leave THIS government facility or he was going to call the police, He had already refused to help me this day... so I left. Edward needs a lesson on how to treat customers.
Every Monday we get the wrong mail. Every Monday my mail goes to the lady across the street.... The carrier is listening to music can't hear, or chooses to ignore the people who speak to her.... Our boxes are labeled, perhaps she cannot read? Can we have a different carrier?
The mail delivery should have been forwarded. For the last three weeks various pieces of mail some 3rd class have been STUFFED into the box to a point of not closing. Would it have been to much to bring the items to the Post office for later pick?
Went in last minute .I know.but the Asian lady was very rude and yelling no more you come back ,that lady is holding up already. so rude she could have said it a lot nicer and yelling were closed ..they should have locked the door then not happy at all happy I'm moving so this will not be my post office anymore
