Not sure why they have a crying baby in the back when there is a long line of customers waiting.

Both clerks were extremely rude. One clerk yelled at me while she had a customer in front of her. I was filling out my application for my passport. I explain this was my second trip to this location. The second clerk basically called me dumb and told me I could wait for the person I saw the day before. There was no professionalism at all. In fact, the customer behind me couldn’t believe what he witnessed. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to treat people the way you want to be treated if you’re dealing with the public or anyone for that matter, I tried to get in touch with the postmaster to tell him, however they just transfer me back to the branch that I had the problem with and they didn’t answer the phone and we were sitting right outside. There was no customers waiting. They just did not answer the phone again. Unacceptable.

Every day I’m notified my package is on the truck and each day it doesn’t arrive. The branch has conveniently let their phone ring until it rings so long it converts to a busy signal. Of course these are government employees so service doesn’t drive behavior.
