Hi, my customer does not receive the item because it’s was delivered to the agent for future delivery and this location is the agent. I don’t know why usps doing this but tracking number is showing delivered my client upset I have headaches to reach the office.. no one picked up the phone.

I am a postal employee and had my package delivered to an address four developments away. I was able to speak to someone the morning after it said it was delivered. Four days later no package and no one will answer the phone. I was told that it would retrieved and delivered, still nothing .

had 2 amazon items that were to be delivered on 7/31. they never showed up. Got an update from post office said they made an attempt to deliver on 8/1 at 8:50 am. They never came we were actually outside from 7:30 to 10:30 am loading up cars for moving. Got another notice on Monday said they attempted deliver. They never came. Are they stupid. COVID everyone is home. Laziest carriers ever. AMAZAON is looking into having this postal office removed from delivering from them simply because they lied about attempting to deliver. LAZY. This post office is terrible. I've had mail not delivered to me, and today I was suppose to receive a package. It's been marked as delivered "Left with individual", but when I went to my rental office to get it, they never received any mail for me. Furthermore, I've been calling them repeatedly as I type this, and no one is answering the phone there. This branch needs to be just shutdown.
I tried filing a complaint online but it was not working and would not let me enter the information.
Our letter carrier OFTEN delivers mail to us that doesn't belong to us and it isn't even close! This has happened to me numerous time in the past 6 months!
My neighbor received 2 letters today, one to a Claymont address and another one to a Cloister road. They look like very important mail, not junk mail, one is from the new castle county treasury dept.
My mail service comes out of the Edgemoor branch 19809.
I live on Maple avenue in Bellefonte, Delaware, 19809.
I am also reporting this for several of my neighbors who live on the connecting street on Riverside Drive. (19809 also.)

On 7/14 I arrived home to find a week’s worth of held mail, which I was scheduled to pick up, crammed in my mailbox along with three items addressed to three other addressees. I reported this to Edgemoor Manager “Craig” personally on Monday. On Wednesday, I saw on Dashboard that my bank statement was due for delivery…but it never came, and still has not come. The reliability of our postal service leaves a lot to be desired.
I put in a vacation hold both using the web site and leaving a yellow card for our mail carrier as we were going to vacation out of the country. Today, 4/3, my daughter informs me that she took in our mail. WHY is it being delivered when I asked for a hold. This is not the first time this has happened. Our address is 7 Glenrock Dr., Claymont
I tried calling the edge more post office for an hour no one answered the phone I received an empty package that was stamped (received unsealed ) why would they send an empty package to me instead they should of returned to the sender doesn’t anyone know how to do their job properly
WE live at 109 Jayson Avenue and we are not receiving mail each day. We're especially interested in Grocery Store Fliers from Shop Rite, and other stores in the 19803 area code like we use to. We're senior citizens and need them. Why did you stop delivering them? We tried phoning Edgemoor P.O. to no avail. Can you help us?
Repetitive delivery to unsecured front steps of 709 1/2 W. 19th Street Wilm DE 19802 and not to foyer where mail boxes are located. Have complained innumerable times. Promises of instructions to substitute carriers repeatedly fail. Unsafe to leave packages on front steps due to many thefts in this neighborhood. Most recent incident occurred Thursday Feb 16th.
Edgemoor post office is delivering mail to wrong addresses when we have substitute mailman. My mail order heart medication was delivered to the wrong address on 1/26/18. Was lucky the neighbor delivered it to me. Getting the store flyers is also hit or miss on Thursdays. Some people get them others dont.
POST OFFICE never answers the phone. They are very slow and seem to not really care. If you ever do get through on the phone they are never very sociable, I have been left on the line until I couldn't wait any longer, like they did it on purpose. The whole place needs new employees ones that care. I do remember when it was OK, NOT NOW what a mess.
The post man is a real piece of work he leaves my boxes constantly that are for pick-up. Sometimes picks them up the next day if I'm lucky. To lazy at times to put mail in the box. Might just lay it on the box that was suppose to be picked up. He could CARE LESS about any thing. I pay good money to have my PRIORITY MAIL picked up, it's all done by computer so they know it's here to be picked up, HE IS NOT BLIND. I just don't understand, our old mailman was the best, polite, caring and would just about do anything for you, this new guy, what a joke.
Best service and keen professionals at the station. Management should be commended for the hard work and diligence. Postal employees never get the thanks they deserve for the thankless job they perform.

Since July 2000, the Edgemoor post office has been picking up packages from The Stencil Shoppe, Inc. at 2503 Silverside Road 19810.Until this month, the service has been fine, but on three occasions in October of this year (It is now only the 18th). no one has shown up to pickup the packages. The postmistress blames the driver (whoever it was on these days.) She does not take responsibility for this problem. She recommended that I call at 5:15 pm if the person has not shown up so that someone can be dispatched to our office. I have called the Edgemoor office on two occasions but no one answers.
We have been in business as a corporation in the State of Delaware since October 1982. Our customers are from all over the world.
We depend on the postal service to pickup these packages (There are between 30 and 70 packages each day.) Our customers depend on speedy delivery.
We spend about $48,000.00 a year on postage. We demand better service.
Edgemoor PO in Wilmington, DE, has to be the worst managed branch ever. Rarely more than 2 windows open. Always a long wait. Employees work so slowly, don't care about customer service. Just there. Two windows open as usual. Each window had a customer with a long transaction . Six of us waiting in line. Why didn't they open a third window to take care of the people waiting? Because they don't give a fig. It's worth traveling to Talleyville branch which is so well-managed.
