Try to return Briana’s call but it rings says to stay on the line for an operator then rings and sounds like it’s being picked up, at which point so say Hello and it disconnects. This same scenario occurs every time I try to call.

We filled out the forms for our community Mail mail box, at least, 2 months ago. We were also given the keys at that time. I tried all the boxes with no success. There is a copper looking access lock that is in the key hole. The boxes with magic marker numbers are confusing and sloppy. We contacted you, atleast a month and was told this would be taken care of. And here we are. Georgia West & John E Stubbins, #4104410740

I gave them the change of address form 2 weeks ago. They are still delivering to my old address, everyday????
