No one answers when calling the post office in Lewes. We are not getting all of our mail. Why?

at the lewes post office no one answers the phone...why? i have been trying to call for over an hour...you get ring ring ring and then buisy sinal i am calling to complain ...on saturday some of my mail was found on the ground by someone they broung it to my house...it was credit cards and checks...today monday may 2nd 2022 a person came to my door with a sunday delivery package he found on the ground by the mail boxes please let me know what the problem is. this is the lewes de,19958 post office

How come you don’t know a handicap ramp for people who use walkers and wheelchairs

Today all my mail was delivered to the house next door. That neighbor is in Flordia for the winter and has a forward mail notice. If I had not thought to check her box, who knows when or where my mail would go! FIX THIS PROBLEM

i don't know what is going on but local PO service is terrible. I have received 4 other peoples mail in the last two week one was a package. I am missing mail that I know was sent from financial companies. I wonder where it went....This is the second month this has happened.. Our mail doesn't show up till around 5 o'clock or later. I think someone need to look into what has happened to our post office

We are have a outgoing mail issue...three of our bills are outstanding for non delivery which we are working with them to give more time to receive. Stop payments cost money....we are new to this area and this is a problem now! Angola Beach and Estates is the area I know there is much going on but we should be rest assured our mail is going out thoroughly.

Please let me know about the mail service that's affecting the address of 30487 Park Terrace Lewes, DE. 19958 is their a worker shortage or some other reason that as of 6:35 PM we have not received the mail yet. And of course what will it take to keep the mail flow like it has in the past to this address and to the Ridings of Rehoboth. Thanks for your time Jerry Bruno

I live in the Ridings. The other day I noticed a new driver and I introduced myself to Jen. She said the new route has not been decided. Gar was good but understand he joined the Army. I just wanted to let you know I have heard there have been a lot of mistakes made since Gar. Not placing blame on Jen. I know there are many drivers. Today my Amazon order I was waiting for was on the other side of the subdivision. Please be aware of the addresses here. They can be close and difficult to sort. An older woman brought me my sewing spool. Although I was appreciative I felt badly she had to do that.

My husband and I are absentee voters due to disability. This year neither one of us received are Primary Ballots. I contacted Elections Office and was told both ballots had been mailed to us on July 31st, 2020. As of today we have NOT received the Primary Ballots. I called neighbors who are also absentee voters and they too have not received their ballots. Can you explain why the ballots were not delivered? How can that happen? Due to the timeline, we are now left with only one option and that is to physically go to the Georgetown Elections Office. This will be somewhat difficult for me. I expect a response please.

The clerk at the NASSAU Post Office rude...l asked her to please place some tape OVER my label she actually told me l could go home and place tape over it and come back WHAT !!!!! l believe because l am white l got treated like that...awful

I ordered from 2 places on Feb 2 and received "shipped" notices from both. Have been using both companies for years without incident. Both agencies confirmed the purchases were shipped on the 4 and delivered to post office on 7th. I have not received either. One is health related appliance. Did check my mailbox for key to drop box but nothing there.

No delivery at 13423 Boggs Lane, Lewes De. I spent hours clearing in front of the mail box so carrier doesn’t have to get out of her truck but she has still passed us by the last two delivery days.

I went to the Lewes Post office today (Saturday) to send some important business papers. The man at the counter was rude and not very friendly in terms of explaining options for business priority shipping. I ended up leaving and using the Parcel Plus at RB (Route 1). Go to Parcel Plus as this Lewes post office experience was utterly disappointing!
