I’m not one to complain but I’m pretty frustrated to receive a “No one was home to receive package” when they never attempted to deliver it. I watched them pull to the mail box then leave also have it on my security cameras. Come on guys please do better.


Either your drivers can't read, can't follow instructions, or simply don't care. I have a LARGE sign on my side door which plainly states "All deliveries to the rear"', with a VERY large red arrow pointing the way. My package was NOT left as directed, which meant a disabled senior had to manage a heavy box to the proper place. I'd be interested in knowing which of my assumptions about the driver might be correct, or perhaps a combination. this is NOT my first issue with this problem, and others in Delmar have been complaining about your delivery people as well. when the Delmar PO handled deliveries we had no issue.


The US Postal Service is no longer an effective parcel carrier service. I've had numerous packages arrive late or not at all. I even follow tracking information and see my packages sit at one location for days. Had my package arrive at the Laurel Delaware USPS on a Thursday and it didn't go out for delivery on Friday or Saturday so hopefully Monday, but you can't count on it regardless. This is not a large metropolitan post office we are talking about but a suburban area. The postal system has gone downhill over the last several years. My packages arrive late, or delivered to the wrong location, or misrouted. My neighbors mail arrives in my mailbox or my neighbor brings me my package that was left on their doorstep. The USPS used to hire and use primarily military veterans and was held to a higher standard, but has now become a cesspool over the last ten years. What happened to "Through Rain, Sleet, Snow nothing stops the US Postal Service"?


Don't know what happened to my bills that were mailed in Delmar, assured me that they left Delmar on time but I have late charges and interest on Lowe's and Comcast and my Verizon bill still hasn't been delivered (mailed on 12/17/20). Any suggestions appears that several folks in Delmar have the same issues. Also received Boscov's flyer yesterday and sale was over 12/31/2020. This has also happened with Kohl's mailings.


Wonderful service and hard-working employees!! Met my carrier today, and she was super nice! Had an issue with a package and it was taken care of immediately. Can't say enough!


I just want to let you know that you guys at the Laurel Post Office are the best!!! Our delivery person is awesome. We get a lot of packages and she always brings them up to the front porch, if they don't fit in the mailbox. I feel very sad about the latest news concerning actions by our president that are disrupting the mission of the United States Postal Service. I sincerely hope that these actions don't disrupt business at the Laurel Post Office. I'm doing all I can to keep that from happening. Thank you for doing a great job!


I've had issues with this post office. Countless times we'd get a sorry we missed you slip, but the thing is: I'm always home! I'm a homemaker, so I'm here. They don't get their lazy Ass out their truck to knock on the door! I've complained, of course nothing was done about the lady that was doing this. I've even walked up my driveway as she was putting mail in, and she just drove on to the next house, pink slip in the mail box of course. I was standing at my door today, mail man came in my driveway to deliver a package. He TOSSES it from 2 ft away from the bottom step into my deck, loud smack from the package hitting, right the hell in front of me! Lazy Ass people at this post office!


This office has the worst postal service I had ever experienced . We always get other people's mail in our box . But when we call and complain to post master and supervisor they say they will handle it but it continues to happen . I get a insurance check every week Wednesday or Thursday. Well its first class mail and it also was put in someone else's box n luckily they bring it to my house . One day the mail lady left a whole pile of mail on top of the mail boxes and I had to take it in rental office n they called the people . There was federal checks in the pile and all . I called and co.plained then as well . There should be some accountability for the post office cause they are so careless with people's mail that's a very serious thing and could possibly b a federal offence if done on purpose . It sure does look that way , like I guess they just hire anyone these days .


I am disgruntled because my delivery person left a redeliver notice in my box. I was waiting for this expected delivery and watched as the truck delivered my mail at the box and made no attempt to deliver my parcel. The notice says "Sorry we missed you." They missed me because they did not attempt to deliver. UPS and FedX had already delivered that day. There was no reason for this redelivery and poor service.


This happened to me today literally three people home had the whole thing on my security camera. Now I’m trying to get it redelivered tomorrow and it keeps saying wrong address, but it’s not. I’m super frustrated. They never pulled up nothing.
