Any time it rains or I have a heavy package Delmar USPS fails to even try to deliver my packages and leaves me a pick up slip do I have to drive to the post office to pick up a package that I paid delivery for. I watched them one day just drop the slip in my mailbox, they never attempted delivery. This just started over the last two years. They provide poor service. Buyers should have the option to not use USPS when getting a package delivery due to their unreliability.

My wife went in to mail a package of plates and cups and the woman working at the desk was incredibly rude and obnoxious. After my wife asked for advice on shipping that product, the employee responded that she didn't know what she was asking for and yelled at her. After sending her away because there was "no space for her to pack the plates", my wife returned and the woman was condescending. My wife had told her earlier that she needed a label and the woman again yelled at her for not having one. Then after a mistake was made on the first one, the woman told me wife to fill it out again and "not screw it up". To me, this is beyond poor customer service, it is someone who shouldn't have been on the job today, and if she's like that all the time, ever. My wife called me upset saying that whenever we need to ship something, I will have to be the one to take it. I'm used this office my entire life and my grandfather was even the Post Master at this office. It was extremely upsetting to hear about this interaction.

How can the post office state they're returning package to shipper because of an "incorrect address" when I've lived and gotten mail at the same address for over 40 years????

The sender may not have written your correct address on the package
