This post office is horrible, the mail carries have delivered my packages to a different address and they cant do anything about it, the people who have gotten my packages don't even return them to the post office they just keep it, so you are stealing my mail and that is a federal crime, East Caesar Rodney Ave.
Why is my mail not being forwarded to my new address? I keep asking at the Post office but it still keeps going to old address, I'm missing all my bills!!!!
why is my mail being left in the driveway? Is it too far to walk to the mailbox of my house? I’m getting tired of it. Anybody else having this problem it needs to be corrected.
I have never been more disrepected by an employee at this post office before until today. She yelled at me in front of a few customers which was embarssing for me, she talked about personal business and yelled because she tried to say I "over-talked" her when I was just asking a question about a package. I'm a very easy going guy and this is just completely unacceptable beings I've been a customer for years. I will never do business as long as she waits on me. I will be calling her superior to have this handled.
I have mailed 3 items in the past 3 months, #one was Priority and 10 days later it's not received,# 2 Certified and 1 month later not received, #3 Priority express 2 day guarantee and received after 3 days. What is happening with the Postal Service? Many people are complaining?
My SON is right there at your post office & is CONFIRMING your NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. 20 PHONE CALLS NO ANSWER. My Son gets to the counter & states, "why are you NOT answering the phone ringing"? & the answer is "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO ANSWER IT“. You Postal mail Lady for Jacks way is a RUDE, LAZY LIAR who WILL NOT get out of her Postal service truck to deliver MASKS & instead writes" Tried to deliver" on Federal GOVERNMENT STATIONARY. You are GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WHO REFUSE TO DO THE WORK YOUR PAID TO DO. THIS IS BS & IT IS ALSO ILLEGAL & GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION!!!!
I went there a few minutes ago and the door is locked but peoIple are in there!!! I have PTSD and it doesn't take too much too make me see red, but if you are supposed to be open!! , Then be open!!! Period!!!
this post office Camden Wyoming, DE is terrible. I tried calling 5 times in a half hour and no one picked up the phone. they should be investigated for poor service.
You people need to hire people who are NOT so nasty and rude to the people calling for help. I made the mistake of calling the post office this morning to check on a certified mail letter I mailed from Camden-Wyoming Post Office on 9/29/17 . And was forced to talk to a man NOT a gentleman with a New York accent. He was NO help at all telling me the letter had been forwarded to another post office and he did not have their phone number?? I then called Fred from the other post office and he could not have been MORE helpful. For what ever reason this letter has still not been picked up nor returned to me. PLEASE PLEASE try to hire customer friendly people!!!!!! I will not be going in to this post office ever again because I sure don't want to run into such a nasty mean man if he would be at the counter waiting on people what a joke that would be!!!!
