Postal Locations

I have lived at 6 Merry Rd in Brookside for 30 years and had the same mailman named Brian who was great. Brian has now retired and I have a new guy and I guess he hates his job or something...he parks the mail truck right in front of my house and to day there are 2 trucks. Now in the whole 30 years I never had that problem...the mail truck always parked a couple doors down. Today the mailman stood on my step for several minutes so I had the opportunity to speak with him. You see I have a dog rescue and currently 19 but often up to 25 dogs inside and they completely nuts barking and zooming around...i went outside to explain that to him and asked if he could simply pull down another 10 ft or so, that way the dogs couldn't see the truck...I believe I was polite and respectful. He told me no...thats where the route starts...ill tried to explain again politely and recieved a more belligerent no. At that point I felt no need to continue to be polite. What do I have to do or who do I need to speak to for this issue to be resolved...we are talking well over an hour I either have to cage all these rescue dogs or have 2 dozen of them barking non-stop over 10 ft...ridiculous!
