Linda is amazing, and helped me track down a package that was mistakenly sent to her branch from Missouri. She found the package, called me right away, and got it sent out to my customer immediately. She was a huge help, and my customer is very happy as well!

I was there yesterday 10/17/2023 and they opened up at 9:09 am. But, you could hear them talking in the back. That is not how you run a post office!!!! This is the worst post office ever. Packages are never there on time or they don't give you the slip.

received a letter from my postal carrier yesterday, asking me not to park straight out for it obstructs mailbox and if this continues he will hold my mail… What is the actual feet that you have to be from the mailbox? I thought it was 15 feet which is where I’m at…. so I am not sure what the problem is

I still do not have the packages and tracking stops at the Bear Post Office. These packages are needed and would like to know when they will be delivered. Thank you, Beverly Bickelman

I moved here in April. Received my mail for the first month then it stopped. I get junk mail with other people's name on it and old tenants. Which makes no sense after registering the mail box and forwarding my mail. If I can get other people's mail ware the hell is mine. I mean aren't they reading the names on the mail?

Please have carrier deliver my mail to my house only. Please deliver my neighbors mail to their house only. I,m tired of them giving me my mail & me giving them their mail. I do not work for the post office. Today I have my neighbors mail & yesterday they had my mail. Two weeks ago my neighbor had my mail. Where is our regular delivery person. Please correct this as we are all tired of this.

I hope you read this review this week. Yesterday, 2/27/2021, all our mail was deposited at 407 Cheer Court, Bear, DE and we didn't receive our mail, where is it? This isn't the first time this has occurred. Every two months this situation this arises. Thank God I received my tax statement on Friday. Matter of fact, mail was spotted in the roadway on our street as well. Please assess this situation as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention. Gisella Aslaksen

Whenever my mail gets to this office, I know I will not get it. They keep saying delivery attempted and nothing comes, they don't even leave a slip. I have to constantly track my package updates. It's so annoying. I wish someone would look at the responsibility of the employees in that office.

My mail is constantly put in the wrong mail box and I also receive mail for my neighbors in my mail box. My packages are also delivered to the wrong house.

When packages are delivered by the mail person he always throws them on my porch instead of placing them. You can here the package when it hit my door. I have a ring doorbell which I can see him tossing it. A few times the content of the package is broken.

I was at the Bear Post office at about 1:45 p.m. 10/30/20. I waited in line while a postal worker, Jennifer, fussed at another worker and made him come and pick up something in her booth that she said he had put on the floor while he was in that booth. After listening to this she called me up. I placed my package on her scale. She flipped quickly through the screens and said a price. I asked if that was the cheapest way. She said yes. I said I saw 7.?? and she said I did not. I asked her to go back. It was there, but it said "starting at or as low as". I said okay. I also said, "You have a terrible attitude." This really angered her and she refused to take my package and pushed it toward me and asked other workers if they wanted to wait on me. A very sweet lady said, "I'll take her." and helped me. Jennifer walked into the back. I have never been treated so rudely at this post Office. She was rude, not only to me, but also to her coworkers in front of customers. When I said to her, "I have your name, Jennifer." she said "You go right ahead."

New postal delivery person speeds through development & delivers mail to wrong addresses. When a child is run over by her don’t say I didn’t warn you! BTW, mail was spilled on highway & left there! Wonder where your mail is peeps? Incompetence at its best!

I have called repeatedly to report I cannot open my cluster box to get my mail. The lock is stuck & the key won’t turn. NO ONE EVER answers the phone. My hours don’t accommodate me going to the Post Office to report this issue...I have a job!!! Why do they publish a phone number if no one is going to answer?

Terrible delivery service. Our neighborhood never has the same carrier twice (this has been confirmed by Rickey), at one point our entire neighborhood went days with no mail. Turns out a truck was broken and they didn't have time. Now, we're waiting on a package from last week (left the signed slip in the mailbox 7 days ago), but because the carrier varies so much no one knows anything. Also saw an employee being EXTREMELY verbally aggressive/rude with a young MOC when the young man was simply trying to figure out how to move his mail and was very polite and calm the entire time. Awful.

Service is deplorable. We have made multiple complaints with no resolution. Carriers don't appear to care about their quality of work. Package pick-ups are ignored, mail isn't received, requests for mail to be held are ignored. Don't bother calling them. They don't answer the phone or they hang up immediately. Whatever happened to pride in your work? We had a great carrier until she retired this past year. USPS doesn't seem to be able to hire qualified employees, doesn't seem to be able to train them and certainly doesn't seem to be able to encourage them to care about their job. Looking at other reviews I see that a lot of other people are also displeased with the service. What will it take for someone in the postal system to take the initiative to fix the problem. It's clearly an employee issue. People who don't care about what they are doing and the impact their poor service has on the public. Hire people who want to work and care about the quality of their work.

Informed delivery tells me an item was put in the parcel arce locker but item is not there. This happens frequently and never improves despite my complaints about delivery errors. I’m sick of delivering mail to my neighbors and tired of looking for packages that are not there or in someone else’s locker. Our mail boxes are clearly marked but mail carrier seems careless more and more often. I get mail for areas miles away from me. Ridiculous!

How come the new carriers that deliver in the Antrim neighborhood neglect to deliver weekly ads to their customers? 2 weeks in a row, they have not been delivered.... however, when we contacted Acme, Shoprite and Giant -- those ads most certainly went out to their customers.

I have called the 838-5006 number repeatedly, and nobody picks up. I left a message for a call back from the 800 number, but it said that my wait time was between 17-20 minutes. It is now going on 28 minutes -- and no call back!

They NEVER answer the phone at this location. My mail is supposed to be forwarded (temporarily) and instead they are RETURNING it. I deeply regret opening a box at this location. Avoid this post office at all costs.
