Why does it take Soo long to get a letter mailed a week ago from Roxbury CT.... what is wrong with your establishment.this is a ongoing problem.is it because they don't want to work or what .I feel like reporting this branch to something higher.unreal how long I wait for my mail on Hillcrest Ave.

I read the reviews after trying and trying to call the WH Post Office. Apparently, they just don't answer calls ever,. It's so needed. Does anyone read these comments?

We were skipped today. I called the LaSalle branch and the Bishop's Corner branch. No one picks up the phone. Ever. Reminds me of a Lilly Tomlin routine: "We don't care. We don't have to. We're the Post Office."

I was waiting outside for my package from 2 to 7/30 on 1/22 And got a text saying package delivered at 6:57and no one showed up never seen the mail truck how is that possible this is the second time is happened.I'll appreciate if someone explain to me what is the issue.

No one will pick up the phone at the West Hartford CT post office. How can this be?? I called 10 times at least. PICK UP THE PHONE!! I tried the 800 number and the animated system does not recognize my tracking number. Why is there no one working at customer service in this organization?

Yes this is absurd been trying to call they see screwing up my mail forwarding and I am on vacation trying to contact someone to correct it and nobody pick up the phone crazy
