Asked to have our mail held for 5 days, and got back home to find the mail in our mailbox and 2 packages delivered. When I went to the PO and told them very nicely about this, they simply said it has been happening a lot lately.

I have been trying for four days to schedule an appointment to have my new lock and mail key installed for my condo , no one answers the phone and when I go into the Rockyhill post office I either get told that the guy is off today or to call in the morning , how am I supposed to get a new lock and key to get my mail if the guy is never working and every one that works in that location can’t be bothers to give me more info?

I filled out a card stating to hold my mail and received notice that the Rocky Hill, CT post office attempted to deliver a package and left a note. Will this package be available when I return to collect my mail at the end of the month?

Paid extra for two day shipping and the mailman didn't deliver it. Instead he left a letter saying I can't pick it up until next Tuesday. Don't use them use FedEx.
