I live at Mohegan commons and I’ve lost many packages because they leave it all the way down to not come up to third floor. Also they left my packages in diferente mailboxes, I saw them placing a “attempted delivered note” not even getting on my door, they leave the note at the mail box. I’ve called the office many times and they can’t resolve the issue, also I spoke with the carrier about leaving my packages outside the building and he just said “I’m leaving it in your building can’t find the apartment number and was running late” I couldn’t get his name and even worst at the office they said they couldn’t help me with that, I didn’t want to think was bc of racism but it was for sure”.

My usual mail man does an outstanding job delivering our mail. It is when he is out that we have problems with his substitutes. Yesterday I received three pieces of mail that not only wasn’t mine but even the street was incorrect. I agree with President Trump, how can people who can’t deliver regular mail to the right address ever going to to get mail in ballots right!


I had no problems until my postal delivery person changed. When I get some one else’s mail I put it back in the mail box. I have spoken to him about this to no avail . Now I didn’t get a bill last month, obviously not everyone puts miss delivered mail back out, but now my credit is affected by this. Most recently I did not receive a copy of a medical issue that my physician mailed me. Credit and health. What is it going to take to change this?? What is your quality assurance dept doing to help us!!


I keep getting everyone else mail in my Neighborhood. It’s like they don’t care what house it goes to they jjus want they’re job to be done.. last week they had put someone else check in my mailbox.. now this week my work check didn’t even show up. This is the first job I’ve ever had mail my checks. silly me didn’t think of the downside to this.. I’m really upset cause I have bills that need to be paid and now I’m Screwed ;( wish they would pay closer attention to where they are putting mail and how it can Affect others. I also will be calling and reporting this.


Yeah I get other people mail a lot. I have told the postmaster this for three years now and still nothing gets done. The carrier is got to be held to some kind accountability to keep put in somebody else’s mail in my mailbox that never live there and don’t live on my street . I moved in the same town to a different street and now my mail is even worse the postmaster their name is Paula in Jewett city Is very rude and unprofessional and does not know how to talk to customers she should be fired

First of all cpt obvious u shouldn't be judging people you don't know and second of all I pay full rent and nobody foots the bill. Ur a real ass hole. Second of all all of that doesn't have anything to do with mail carriers.


We had a delivery made this afternoon, it was suppose to be delivered to the door and it was left down stairs on e mail boxes! It was $1200.00 worth of computer equipment!!!!!!!!! Your carriers need to be more careful! We live at mohegan apartments, get your job right . we are really unhappy about this.


Figures you live in subsidized housing and are getting 1200$ worth of computer equipment! With taxpayers footing your rent bill,you have plenty of extra to blow on not changing your parasitic lifestyle..
