My local post office put the incorrect zip code on the shipping label and I did not notice until I got home and looked at the receipt. I saw that the package had arrived at the Norfolk, CT post office so I called. A worker answered quickly and after hearing the situation, he handed the phone to his supervisor. She went to look for my package and corrected the label and personally took care of it for me. I am so impressed by and appreciative to this post office and the workers for helping me even though I'm sure they are extremely busy. THANK YOU! :)
For 2 weeks in a row I did not receive my 2 weekly subscriptions.
I called the Post office twice, spoke to a supervisor and was told that I was going to receive the missing issue , but nothing was delivered.
A neighbor told me that he has received mail from other adresses too. Ever since Clarence retired there has been mail missing or not delivered. Very frustrating.
Im irritated!!!! i have a package sent to this usps twice and the same story the package was NOT event attempt to be mail and they sent it back to the sender! this is the 2nd time, i been tracking this package and it arrive at their location at 2:29pm, and at 2:29pm it was sent back to sender for unknown address, my house is very visual you cant miss it! LORD i guess i will file yet another complaint
I have an order with these tracking 9400136205903809286799 the delivery men put a message that he put on the mail box. I check the mailbox and don't see anything. This is the second time that the delivery person from USPS DO THAT. THIS IS INACCEPTABLE. HE WAS STOLEN THE ORDERS OR MISSING THE ORDERS. PLEASE CAN YOU CHECK WHAT HAPPEN WITH THIS EMPLOYEE. I am writing you about the South Norwalk Post Office drivers, for about couple years they are using my drive away writing in higher speed for not reason, there’s no package to delivery to us and not reason to drive THAT FAST on my drive away, this is private drive away and not a State Highway. We have 2 dogs that are always playing around also have guests with kids and l don’t want any crazy drivers on my proprietary in special when they just come here for speed. I have all in video, we out cameras around the house. I spoke to one driver and he told me he would stop but l don’t know if is the same driver because they drive very fast and this one for today was faster than usual, could please stop those drivers to come here to just for fun because my proprietary it’s not amusement park. If they have a package to delivery to us they can come and delivery the package on a loan speed drive if there’s not package don’t come here for not reasons. I hope you can solve this problem because l spoke to one drive already and he just ignore me and they still coming here. Any questions .

Live in a condo, condo hill. 18 years. I'm now being told by carrier that if I leave mail "inside" my mail box he does not have to pick it up. I must leave it on top!!! I have had mail stolen. Not that you care.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WAS SOMEONE AT HOME 24/7 AND WALKWAY TO MAILBOX THAT IS ATTACHED TO HOME WAS TOTALLY CLEAR - SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF HOME TOTALLY CLEAR - DRIVEWAY CLEAR. NO NOTIFICATION WAS LEFT - NO ONE RANG THE DOORBELL - THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER A VERY SMALL ITEM WE ARE WAITING TO BE DELIVERED.......WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? DOES THE DRIVER NOT WANT TO GET OUT OF THE TRUCK? PLEASE DELIVER ITEM TO MY HOME IMMEDIATELY - IT IS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT TO A CHILD. ANGRY CUSTOMER
