We are having issues with mail not being delivered and mail being taken out of mailbox and not delivered..

07 November, 2019 - I have been struggling with a company who i've sent 3 packages to claiming they have not received anything and telling me that there's no proof that I have sent it to the correct address (because on the USPS receipt it only shows the city and zip code - not the full address). I went to the Darien Post Office (30 Corbin Dr, Darien, CT 06820) where a wonderful lady, Lisa, was more than willing to help me get all the proof to provide to this company. not only was she super kind and empathetic with my situation, but she was able to print out for me the pages with all information of when and where the packages got delivered including pictures that they take of the packages showing that I wrote down the correct address etc.. Although I don't think this company would even care for this info, I am so very grateful for Lisa and all her help. Thank you Lisa!
