Hi, I would like to commend all the workers at the Brewery St. Office. I was in there today with an issue. I received the most kindly and professional services anyone should receive. I had to wait a few minutes while they checked my issue, there was another person who had a issue and the manager with the pink hat came out to help. She went in the back and eventually found his missing package, apologized and the person left happy. Today, I was very pleased. The workers were more than professional. I Had 3 USPS Priority mail packages to be picked up by the carrier., She is the fill in for my regular Carrier who was off, I informed her I had the tree packages to be mailed when she delivered my mail she said ok I'll grab them when i drive up the street,i stood by my driveway when she started up the street and she drove pass me and stopped 5 houses up delivered a package and turned around and came down the street I flagged her down but she drove rigth pass me and my packages ??? what the hell

I called the East Haven Branch to cancel and reschedule a passport appt because the link to cancel would not activate-couldn't get a person, only a bad recording with a fax machine bleep going on in the background....called Brewery Street for a better number and couldn't be put through to a "representative" although I said it several time...only to end with a "brief survey" - which needless to say they failed miserably.

I have called over 20 times and have never had anyone pick up the phone. This is unacceptable. I just needed them to hold a package for a bit longer.

I had a very important birthday present being sent and on the day of delivery I got notified that delivery was unavailable because our address is a vacant lot????? We have never had a problem before. Now it’s being sent back to sender. So disappointed

I have tried for the past 2 Saturdays to get into my PO Box that I pay for and both doors to building are locked! I am not very happy My son had to go out of his way to bring me there and I I can’t get my mail!! Why is this happening?

They don’t answer phones and when you finally get thru and adk supervisor to call you back they ignore you

I did a change of address on Jan 29 an it takes 7 to 10 business day to get ur mail to the new address but my mail still goin to my old address an I didn't receive my stimulus

Terrible mail service. Often do not deliver or pick up mail and they don't answer their phone.

I have had the hardest time trying to get an envelope that requires a signature delivered. I would like to say it's not my regular mailman, he's awesome. It's who ever is delivering the packages because from the initial delivery attempt my doorbell was never rung, only the sticker was left behind. I rescheduled a delivery twice after that with detailed information to please ring doorbell, since there are multiple doorbells I let it be known exactly which one it was. The Mailman didn't show on either occasion but he did show up the week after only to leave another sticker and not ring the bell again. I have scheduled another redelivery for tomorrow, I have again left detailed instructions and I would hope this time I get my mail since it's on the verge of being returned to the sender because a postal worker can't seem to ring the proper doorbell. I have tried calling 50 Brewery but I kept getting a recorded message that my call couldn't be transfered and then it would just hang up on me. The service really needs to improve.

I am disabilty and there is no mail box close to me I live on Blake st 199 to walk to a mailbox is to far for me I am dis able to walk far to mail letters can you put one closer to me so that I can mail letters please do this if not I will push the issue about it thank you katherine newton

I went to 300 State street to help my fiend to pick his mail from mail box he have rented. He was told if he now will be charges $3 for parking there if he doesn't leave in 15 Minutes. My friend told this is never happened before. There is new company have taken up the management of the lot, I think from December 1st. Too many Older people come there to pick up their mail from Mail box and they walk slowly. This is not right. Something need to be done about this harassment. This is outrage. I suggest someone look into this. This is day light Robbery and scam Paul
