I called the Main Post Office. Since the wait was so long, I took the option for the call back! I never received a call back! Second time this happened! Why have they option if your not home g to follow thru?? I was calling because my hold mail was not delivered on my requested day! Again why ask if it’s not gonna happen! Very poor customer service! And we have a new postman on Viscount Dr. He is terrible! We all miss Robert! Send him back to route, pls!


Certified and registered mail is never brought to my door-all I get is a notice in my mailbox to go pick it up. So much for service.


Pitiful. I put my mail in a post box. Inevitably, everything couple of months, a bill doesn't arrive. Your employee at Pepe's farm roard tells me mail is not keeping the post office alive, which tells me you do not care about my mail. You are a disgrace and shameful. You take no responsibility for our lost mail. You should be dissolved. Hopefully, you are out of business soon. Someone better will take your place immediately. You are your own worst enemy.


I am an artist who’s painting was showcased in the Milford Art Council gallery. After the art show, the gallery director mailed my painting back to me through this USPS using the return label I provided. This took place 9 months ago. I still have yet to recover my “lost” painting.


I just left the PO w 800 pieces of bulk. Anthony Harrison refused to help me was rude and said it’s not his job as did another employer while I was there for 4 min… I have to come back and another day he doesn’t know when it can be mailed … said I didn’t do my Job and fill out sheet but I don’t weight the mail Rude rude rude


My husband and I are in Florida for the winter. We filled out all of our information to have our mail forwarded from Milford to our address here in Punta Gorda. We only get a portion of our mail and right now we’re missing valuable insurance information. It’s been delivered to Fresh Meadow La. What seems to be the problem?


disgusting service. Always leaving packages or mail for other people on steps or in my mailbox. My house number is all over my mailbox and on my front door but the stupid lazy ignorant workers just dump everything for me to delivery which I will not do.
