My house, in which my family has lived since 1960, is Red and on top of a small hill set back from the road. #48, which was here longer, is Yellow. It’s behind the Red house and is, like the Red house, clearly marked. Yesterday or the day before, the USPS somehow got the houses mixed up, leaving 4 rather expensive packages out in the rain in front of the other house, #48. As a result some of the items will have to be exchanged due to the damage from the rain. Since the USPS has been asked to leave all packages in the front porch, which is fairly well resistant to the weather, and again clearly marked #50 I find this s more than irritating. Please speak to the carriers about this ASAP so that I can receive my packages in good condition. Thanks so much, Joan T. Masters

Waiting for delivery from Hess. Informed 7:18 out for delivery. Waited for delivery. Informed again by Fed-Ex wrong address. Carrier never stopped at this address 62 Bascom Rd. Lebanon ct nor did he pick up my mail. Please advise.
