For the last two weeks my packages have not been delivered on time. This is priority mail with tracking numbers. The tracking says out for delivery. Then after six pm they change it to no access tried to deliver. That is bs because I get the regular letters. There is no blockage on my road and cars are going by with no problem. This is laziness and you need new management and straighten this post office place out.

I haven’t gotten mail delivered in 3 days now, route used to come early now late afternoon or not at all. I have mail that never got taken even after I added extra postage still sitting in my box to go out! I have worker’s compensation sending my checks every week I need that money to pay bills it gets delivered every Thursday! Nothing for 3 days now

Since I moved to my new Adress in Windham Road my mail got displaced..the mail carrier most of the time put my mail in my neighbor box , Im a working person and expected to receive my mail in designated box, bills got lost and other important mails. Everything is ends up on my neighbor mailbox😞😞😞

I have not received any mail in the last 5 days, I believe it is either being delivered to the wrong address or just lost. When I called the Willimantic CT office I was promised a call back which I never received. The last two weeks the mail delivery has been terrible with missed days.

Manager Eva and Assistant Shauna: 919 Main Street WMTC, CT. My mail still lost. It has been closed to two months that I have been trying to get my mail forward to my house. The change of address was notified to post office on December 2016. A new person moved into town shortly after, with my same last name and ALL MY MAIL was forward to her address. Apparently, the computer at the post office linked everyone with the "same last name" into one house hold. "Strange, right" and that is not including that I have a uncommon last name. Today is June 9th and I was told that I never put in a change of address back on December and that I need to contact everyone that will send me mail to notify them of my "New Address" which is not new. Thank you Scott for taking my call this morning and for trying to help me out. Eva and Shauna are not efficient and their costumer service sucks. Eva had the audacity to ask me to take a day off from work to call the IRS so I could correct my address with them. "Unbelievable".

WHILE WIATING FOR A PACKAGE TO ARRIVE USEING TRACKING # I FOUND OUT WHEN I CALLED AT 7:45 AM IF A PACKAGE HAD ARRIVE AND HE TOLD ME TO HAND ON. HE CAME BACK AND SAID THE POSTAL LADY WAS STILL HERE I ASK IF HE COULD HOLD IT THERE AND HE SAID YES. I THEN CALLED BACK AT 9;00 am AND TALK WITH A REAL NICE LADY THAT SAID ARE ADDDRESS WAS NOT REAL THIS IS SCOTLAND DAM PROJECT THEY DON'T HAVE A ADDRESS BUT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO MAIL BOX . I SAID WELL I'LL PUT A BOX ON THE ROAD ANS SHE SAID NOPE BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE A ADDRESS THIS SOUNDS LIKE WHO'S ON FRIST. I CALLED BACK AND ASK IF SHE FOUND IT AND SHE SAID NO. I HAVE NOT LOOKED INTO YOUR PROBLEM.I HAVE OTHER THINGS TOO DO. BETWEEN THE EMPLOTEE'S THEY HAD 3 HOURS TO HELP ME. THEN THEY TOLD ME WE SHIP THEM BACK TO SENDER. THANK YOU SO @####$%*%^^*)&&^^%%$$#@

This is the worst post office I've seen. I send a package from florida to a friend and it was giving to another person at this post office without asking for an ID by the postal staff so anyone could just go there and as for a package and they will give it to you with no problem.Then they tell me to place a claim are you serious. What kind of trust can a customer have on your postal office on 919 MAIN ST. WILLIMANTIC CT. THE STAFF NEEDS TO BE SUPERVICE THEY ARE NOT DOING THERE JOB NEITHER THE SUPERVICES.
