Hello, my tracking number is 9400111206215237162122 and I have small parcel being delivered to the Riviera dinner club in town for a small wedding event. I did not realize they do not receive mail and wondered if you could redirect to their Post office box number which is #934, Glenwood Springs, CO 81602....Thanks, Jill Hicks...it looks like tracking has it arriving this Monday the 18th.

Have a problem with mail delivery of magazines. The operator I talked with on the phone would not listen to my problem, very curt. Told me to call a generic 800 # and file a complaint. A little compassion and explanation would be nice.

I've lived at the same address for over a year now, and have a problem with Amazon packages that show "delivered" but are nowhere to be seen. Not letters, mind you. Just packages. Does this person not know that Amazon notifies me when it's "Hand delivered to customer"?

I am a business owner in the valley & have had a post office box for 25+ years in Glenwood. On Jan 6th, 2020 we received our bill for our box rental in the amount of $234.00 with an envelope to send our check, stating it was due on Jan 31, 2020. On Jan 25th a check was printed for that amount, placed in the envelope that was provided & dropped into the mail chute at the GLWD post office. On Jan. 30th, upon going to the box to get my mail, the envelope had been returned, with a Jan 29th stamp on it & a hand written note saying "sorry, rates went up on the 26th. PLZ go to the front and make payment". Upon going to the front counter I was told that my payment had been sent to Grand Junction, and then back to GLWD and now it was being returned due to the rate increase. When I complained about why, when then payment had been in the possession of the postal service, and due to some disfunction problems, it was not opened until the 29th, that was not my fault. Upon explaining this to the Postmaster, Adele L. Luhan, She told me via another woman that a notice had been placed in my box three times over the last month, of which I had never seen. So I called my office to ask our bookkeeper if she had seen such notice and she said no. Then the Postmaster told me that I was wasting her time calling my office, therefore, I hung up and left, but not until I got a written "billing notice" of what the new amount for box rent would cost. This is very poor customer relations by a Federal Agency and it is not the $20 dollars, but the fact that I had paid my bill via the envelope sent to Aqua Tec to pay the box rental, hand delivered it to the mail chute, and before the rate had increased, I didn't feel that I should have to pay the new amount. As far as the notice of the rent increase, that I never received, it doesn't surprise me where it might have been misplaced, in that we get mail all the time from other boxes that were miss sorted. I hope I get a response to my complaint!

Although the website says Passport Walk-in hours are from 10:00am - 3:00pm, this is not the case. I traveled from Rifle and my husband took some time off work to get my son's passport today. We had everything ready and it would only take about 5 minutes to process but were turned away because we did not have an appointment. We were told that we could drive to Gypsum or Grand Junction and that they have been trying to change the website for 4 years. Until it is changed, it is very poor customer service not to accommodate walk-ins, in my opinion. I never leave bad reviews but we have yet to have a good experience at this location. If you can, it is worth the drive to get your passport in Grand Junction.

God, what a sorry excuse for a government agency, the long haired, pot belly behind the counter can't be receiving a pay check, if so what the hell for. His attitude toward customers is the worst I have ever seen. Pretty sorry when a whole line of people are waiting to send a package and good old long hair places the sign in front of his station and walks away. Grounds for termination. Go to the little Post office in New Castle and you will find a totally different story. They are the most professional people you will deal with.

A few months ago my mail was not being picked up for days during the week, this happened on a few occasions. I called and complained and the problem appeared to be resolved, until this week. Yesterday my mail was delivered but my out going mail was left, it is impossible not to see it and today it wasn't picked up at all. I went down to the post office and filled out a complaint form. My concern is not only is my mail not be picked up but I'm not getting it either. How can this be corrected?

I have been going to this post office to get my mail for 2 years now, and every time I go in, it is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any establishment or customer-service situation. Curt is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and sometimes downright mean. He consistently tell me my packages are not at the post office despite a package slip having been delivered to my home, only to find it after 4 attempts looking and wasted time arguing with this disrespectful person. One time I was attempting to carry out my newborn and a huge package to the car and one of the other female employees asked if he could help me out (since he was just standing in the back, not looking too busy) and he said in the rudest tone “uh, my arm hurts so no” and walked away. Having to go to this post office has been so bad, it makes me want to move to a Carbondale, as their staff is lovely and efficient. Please do something to remedy this problem, it is an embarrassment to this great town.

This is the most inefficient post office I've ever visited. No one answers the phone and when they do, they are unprofessional and rude. I've also been hung up on multiple times. Even the Postmaster could do with some customer service lessons...SAD! I don't live in Glenwood, so this is not my usual branch, but had to go there to get a passport application processed. To cut a very long story short, the passport was not executed properly the first time by the agent at the post office, resulting in me having to return there a month later after receiving a letter from the US Passport agency stating the Glenwood Post Office hadn't done their job properly and I needed to complete ANOTHER application. Good job I wasn't in a hurry for my passport because this was four weeks wasted. Lesson learned, I will never use Glenwood Post Office for passport services again. I'd drive to Denver before I'd do that, they're that bad!!

Apparently you have to make an appointment to renew your passport. But they don't really answer the phone. I tried and tried and tried. So I went in and low and behold, you have to make an appointment for passports. Should there be an app for that? Or a website?

I have found the PO staff to be extremely kind and willing to help - I make regular business runs - sometimes with questions or needing assistance. I hardly ever go where I don't have to wait in line, and they are always greeting each and every customer with a smile or kind word. One of the most difficult jobs is dealing with the public, and it's nice to see the PO in New Castle and Glenwood so good at what they do. Keep it up!

After calling with a very simple problem I was treated extremely harsh by the employee answering the phone. What was a 15 second solution could of been handled at the least with polite quickness, instead the individual felt the need to be rude and dismiss my concerns immediately. Worst customer service experience I've had in a very long time.
