Lazy ass, unreliable delivery of mail! We live 200 yards from the main road. We are the secure location that the delivery person missed, i.e., they didn't deliver what they should have and came up with some bullshit response that covered their inability to drive the necessary 200 yards to fulfill their job requirement! This message points out the lack of hiring reliable employees which stains the reputation of the USPS and taints the image of said office, once again!
We have only received mail 1 time since Thanksgiving!!! Waiting for medical supplies, renewed license plates and x-mas gifts. The phone will not be answered at the office so I went to find my mail."Sorry your carrier is sick until further notice" is what I got and they would not look for my mail as they had "mountains" to sort. This is nothing new..we have tons of mail in Dec. for the last 100 years. This place is a joke
have not received mail in over 3 days and went by P.O. to pick up package Thursday spent 45 minutes in line and was told carrier is sick on our route - now have another package that allegedly arrived Thursday/Friday as well but don't want to wait another 45 minutes in line to get mail & packages - where's our regular "delivery" service? When will it resume? Also, no one will answer phone either during normal business hours...
Will they never deliver a package to your home if your neighborhood has a post office box and the package doesn't fit in the box?
In previous communities I lived in, it was standard that they would drop it to your doorstep if it didn't fit in the community lock box.
Very much a pain to have to have the package delayed a day at least and then go to the post office to pick it up.
I always cringe when something is shipped via USPS instead of UPS or Fedex
This is by far the worst post office I've ever worked with. Packages are consistently delivered late. Notes are left that there was a delivery attempt when someone was home all day. My wife went into the post office at one point to purchase stamps and was told to leave and come back because the postal worker was helping someone else. Later we find out that this was the supervisor that told her this. Great example for your employee's there supervisor... If there were any type of choice orif this were a private business these guys would have gone out of business long ago.
I have been trying to phone the post office for over four hours and the line is perpetually busy. I am trying to find a package sent to me that the tracking number states was delivered to an individual several days ago. I am the individual at the address and no one has delivered a package to me. To which individual was it delivered?
This post office is terrible. Poor delivery (carriers mark items delivered before they are, or will leave them on their vehicles for days), rude representatives in the office, never answer their telephones. Multiple complaints filed with no action ever taken.
We never get USPS deliveries to our home, we always get the thing that says they tried and couldn't deliver it. For some reason they refuse to go up our driveway, which isn't bad! I just tried to call the conifer office twice and each time it rang for 1min and 30 seconds before kicking me off. It is 2pm on a Monday. USPS has been so frustrating!!!!!!!! I try to use Fedex or UPS if possible but unfortunately for this last item I was unable to. Why is the service so poor in Conifer, CO??
