The Templeton Post Office at Colorado Springs has spectacular employees. They run folks through quickly and are pleasant and polite. They deserve a 5 star rating!
I have a single mini billiard ball (I require for a project) stuck in your facility for EIGHT DAYS. It says "SHIPMENT RECEIVED ACCEPTANCE PENDING" but I can't believe the very small game supplier I bought from sent a myriad of billiard balls to different locations that your office must then sort through so what gives?
I am not quite sure why they even have a direct phone number for this location if they won’t even answer the phone regarding someone’s questions or mail. Pretty unprofessional.
I live in an apartment and have MANY TIMES including today, had my packages delivered to other people yet they’re updating the shipping online and saying it’s been delivered to me. I receive other people’s make as well, often. So it seems to me that if you don’t have time to read the mailbox and make sure it matches that package, you’re either too busy or you simply Don’t care at all about others. Common sense tells me that mail is very important. We send and receive important documents, letters, packages. Things that cannot be. I’ve lost things they’re irreplaceable and I sincerely hope it’s not happening again! I literally have another piece of a strangers mail right in front of me. The address and name are nothing like mine. This was received this week.
I sent my mom birthday card out on Dec 2 and she still haven't received it yet I sent it out at work and our mail man said there's nothing sent back I don't understand why she hasn't got it yet there money in it
This station and the supervisor are a JOKE. For the last two weeks, I have been trying to get a lock on my mailbox. We sold a home in a different location of the city and our new station is Templeton. We put in the change of address over a month ago and when we closed, we were instructed to bring to the new station our deed (from purchase). We complied. The new "community box" has multiple boxes and the attendant stated we have box 8. Well there are THREE box 8's. It was concluded that the one without a lock on it was ours.
Paperwork was filled out to get the lock and new information of residency. We were told it would be a 7 - 10 day process and the mail would be held at the station during that time frame until the box is keyed....No problem (so I thought). Two weeks elapsed and no key on box....Went to the station to in-quire and was directed to speak to supervisor (John). Was told it would be an additional 2 - 3 days.....OK...time duration pasted; NO KEY ON BOX. Called station and spoke to a "Marie" (5/20/16). She was helpful and stated she would take care of this but I had to call on Saturday morning with name/phone number/address (not sure why it wasn't obtained when contact was made, but will follow instructions). Was told to call between 0700 - 0715 on Saturday....Complied. Phone rang in three minute intervals with no answer for 47 minutes (redial was used repeatedly). FINALLY, Marie answered and queried for the information. She stated she would call and blocked off 1100 - 1300 time slot to make the key lock switch.
Concerned that this will turn out to be a CLUSTER because of the verbiage of "re-Key" and since we were issued keys (with no lock on box) and re-key means NEW/REPLACEMENT to the rest of society, we will probably get new keys and later down the road, the original will be done and no access to box until this issue is resolved. I HOPE I'M WRONG.
I had a package delivered to my house yesterday (March 17th) and there was postage due on it of $12.72. I only had a $20 and the mail carrier didn't have change. I reluctantly gave him the $20 and he said he would bring me the change back the next day. The mail carrier has come and gone today and no change. What can I do to get my change?
