I try to be nice to are driver, because he has a reading disability, but the fact that the post office knows that he has a disability that makes it harder for him to work, and they won't help him, by say putting someone with him as he delivers mail so he knows the right address is just stupid, and irresponsible, recently we had lost a $100 Xbox gift card, because of this post office, and when Walmart tried to contact them to get the money for a replacement they refused to answer there emails or calls, they only answered once Walmart let bassically the higher ups in Denver know what was happening, so this post office is not giving proper disability services to its employees, but actively refusing to answer calls or emails, because they don't want to take responsibility for losing packages, and mail.
worst service ever! I've lived in several states and cities. i have packages that show at carrier for the last 3 days and delivery is delayed again. why?? not only is this consistent but a lot of my mail goes to the wrong house or packages just disappear. even though they show delivery. i think or believe they are just stolen by the carrier. i know many residents here have had the same problem. I'll be making a report to the Adams sheriff department tomorrow.
Well, since moving to Bennett, we have had alot of issues with the postal service. The first problem was that for about 3 weeks we didn't even receive our mail and then when we finally complained we were left a note in the box with our address on it that said she was putting our mail in the box the previous owner used.
The most recent issue is that she won't deliver our packages. I got a note in the mailbox saying the package couldn't be delivered because it was oversized or didn't fit in the box because our box was full. The box was not full and she didn't attempt to deliver it to our home obviously because the note was in the box and 2, I have cameras up and I went back and checked and she never even attempted to deliver the package. Unacceptable. Isn't she being PAID TO DELIVER MAIL???? Now, I have to go to the post office and pick up something that my tax dollars are PAYING HER TO DO!! Why is she saying she is doing a job that she is clearly half assing?? What is happening is that she is defrauding the government by putting in her timesheet saying she did a job that she's not actually doing.
I need to talk to a manager ASAP. I will be moving my mailbox out to the road if I get one more nasty gram from your driver. My number is 719-440-4636.this is not the first time I've had a problem with the delivery drivers and I'm tired of someone getting paid to deliver my mail and not performing their duties.
Ref: 9400108699937984429117. Tracking says package arrived 11/30/19 before 7:00 AM, Delivery then changed from 11/30/19 to 12/2/19. I called Post Office to ask if I could pick it up, they do not answer the phone. I live less than a mile from the Post Office. This is not right!
