Yesterday my package was out for delivery. Got a notice saying no secure place to leave it. How about my mail box!? It's a small package containing a 2 inch pocket watch! I am 75 years old and disabled. I can't afford to run down to the post office for a $3.25 pocket watch. The last few days have been horrible service. I was down just yesterday to pick up two packages that would have fit in the locked boxes. 242 Hall Rd. Please get someone that knows what they are doing! Also, I had to deliver mail to my neighbor that was wrongfully pust in my mail box. When I try to call about these issues, nobody answers!

Wondering if mail has been delivered the past 3 days? Totally understand if storm stopped delivery, but want to make sure no one is taking it. We haven't gotten any. Thank you.

Hello, I've recently been told by your postal driver that she cannot bring my packages to my house because my driveway is at an incline. My husband is a delivery driver and said that is not acceptable. I live in the mountains, I cannot change the fact that I am at an incline. A polite way to get my attention would be to knock on my door or write me a message. Not honk the horn several times so that my dogs bark and wake my newborn. Not to mention USPS and FedEx very kindly deliver to my front door.

Really need to replace the postal carrier who delivers to the Shelton mailboxes in Harris Park! Tired of not getting packages and states online it had been delivered .. frustrated to heck with this ever ongoing problem, not just with my parcels, but others who live here in Harris Park!

I have the best carrier in the world. The folks at the post office have been wonderful to me even when I got mad because they sent my voting ballot back. I can't say enough about these hard working folk. I noticed a drop in some service when the postmaster was retired and a new postmaster was appointed, but generally speaking, I'd give these folks an A grade.
