I reside in West Covina and recently I have noticed in my neighborhood an increase of mistakes being commited by the Postal carriers delivering the wrong mail. I have had several times neighbors having to deliver my mail just as I have done so for others. Mistakes are expected to occur specially with the increase of junk mail that the Postal carriers must be delivered not to mention other Postal office operational factors due to the current times, but this is now a common and repeated occurance. One postal worker has been seen repeately caught on my security camera continuesly talking in the phone, (Hands free) but every time she delivers my mail which in my opinion it might be one of the reasons her attention is not fully on the job.
