one of the worse postal offices ever.. 90%+ of the times false delivery scan with packages. Either sending it to wrong place but scanning it delivered to my address or the lazy carrier scanning it delivered just for passing the house but not actually delivering the package. also whoever you guys are also hiring to work at the front desk is bad since they only tell bunch of lies

Have no idea what they are doing at the Elliott location but they need to get their act together (& I am being polite) We've had our mail stolen 4 times. We have informed delivery so now since the 1st theft back in July So I can see what is stolen... we put in a temporary change of address & instead of forwarding they mail, they held it. My husband has gone down there 4 times & I myself 3... waited in long lines only to be told they cant help us our mail is being rerouted. I show things out since the 1st part of Dec and some mail forwarded AFTER those dates. For some reason they had the mail held pending a PO Box which we never discussed. My bills are floating all over the place. I show through their informed delivery at this time 9 pkgs and 8 pieces of mail that no one seems to know where it's at!!! I can understand how people get so upset with the postal service. It's like you are bothering & interrupting them, when this is their job that they get paid to do (or not do in our case) I am tired of being treated like a disease when they have to help me!

My parcel went all the way from the UK to Baldwin and then was redirected to LaPuenta in 4th November it was out for delivery and it's now the 9th November and still not delivered !! Where the hell is it?

la puente looks to be a trouble spot for lost packages. LAst tracking was sent from la puente CA on oct 15. It's still there somewhere or someone stole or threw it away

On Saturday, January 16, 2021 at approx. 12 noon a Female Postal Carrier in Truck 2207915 blocked my car in which I was waiting in at the Chick-Fil-A on Azusa off the 60 Frwy. WHY ISN'T ANYONE ANSWERING THE PHONES?! I have a very important package that needs to be delivered but is currently in your possession and has been for an entire week. I paid Priority Mail for that package and it still has not been delivered. The destination is in YOUR area. If I don't receive an answer TODAY. I am going over to this office PERSONALLY. I also WILL be reporting this office for stealing property and misconduct. From what I see in these comments this has been an ongoing problem and nothing has been done about it. You don't even take the time to respond to these questions or comments which speaks loudly of your incompetence.

My PRIORITY MAIL package has been sitting here at La Puente, CA postal service for 6 days already. Tracking shows that it was out for delivery 6 days ago and gives no further information. I'm assuming the package was never delivered for some reason. Why have I not been contacted by mail? Or why hasn't my package been sent back to me? Tracking #9405503699300473187740 I already sent a previous complain with Service Request #13286332. The recipient did not receive the package despite that on USPS website it was posted "Delivered" and the delivery person just threw the package at porch/main door. Apparently the delivery person did not even bother to look for the correct recipient and just threw the item somewhere on the wrong side of the house to which the recipient lives on the other side of the property. The package was never received by recipient until this day. Kindly take action to recover the package from where the delivery person delivered it and hand over the package to the correct recipient. Employees are rude and some you can not understand them. Their English is not good and when you say excuse me because you can't understand they get mad because they have to keep repeating themselves. That's not my fault if they do not like their job. should not be in customer service field.
