It says my package left City of Industry on 12/15/21 and no one can find it now. No more updates after this time. It was my child's Christmas present. I am so upset. Filed an investigation, no results from it and cannot find where package is at. Just says on its way to the next facility.

This facility is a black hole. Package tracked to facility, then disappeared. The mail is indicative of how our government functions. Inefficient, corrupt, and controlled by less than professional individuals.

Not happy with the USPS at City of Industry. I sent an Priority Letter on the 24th Of November 2021, and paid to have it delivered by 11/29/2021. It arrived at City of Industry on 11/28/21 and has not been processed to be delivered. After asking numerous times for help; I have decided to leave a response to their delivery service. It's HORRIBLE. No one wants to help you all they do is ask you to call another number and another and so on. If your reading this DO NOT SEND OR HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED BY THIS GROUP. I have lost a payoff check for my auto loan. UGH.

I've tried calling this post office numerous times but can't get through to an actual person, does anyone know why? I have a package that has been held there since 10/8 and it's been almost a month and still hasn't been sent to me yet. Any advice on what I can do? (Driving there in person is not an option since I live 6 hours away).

This Post office is stealing your packages. Beware! Just recently, I was sending my two return packages from the business office. The packages didn't make to the place. They didn't even appear on tracking system. The post office couriers are not scanning packages when they pick them up and then....packages disappeared like they were never existed. That happened to me twice with the same City of Industry Gale Avenue Post office

My package has been sitting at this location since 5/10 (or at least it says that it “departed”). Today is 5/22 and no activity on the tracking number since 5/10. The receiving state (Illinois) has not received it. I’ve had 2 claims, called numerous numbers, no one seems to know what the hell is going on! What’s the problem CITY OF INDUSTRY? Something needs to be done, especially reading all these negative reviews❗️

The distribution center is crap. These folks gets paid in FULL every week and what do they do? They sure aren't moving any mail, that's for sure!!!

I am on the East Coast. Every package I have ordered online that comes through this PO has "disappeared". The first time, it showed up after three weeks with $20 COD charged on a "free delivery". I'm awaiting a package that has been stuck in this facility for 2 weeks. Reading the other posts I now know why we must fight to never allow Trump in public office again. Postmaster DeJoy, Trump's boy, was put in charge to subvert the election by targeting mail-in ballots. He dismantled the automatic sorting machines and would have unplugged more if it wasn't for the Congress ordering him to stop. From now on I will use a commercial delivery service when ordering online. If a third party option for delivery is not available I will order from a site that has it. I'm done using the USPS!

I now have TWO packages that are stuck at this place! This place sucks and you can’t get around to get ahold of anyone to talk to! That’s over $200 wasted and I even paid for EXPRESS PRIORITY MAIL!!!!!!

My package was last scanned on 12/12 at the Industry, CA DC, It makes no sense that a package would sit for this long untouched. This shipment was supposed to deliver on 12/16 I have opened a case with the USPS and contacted the company all anyone can tell me is that the package is at this location. I have 2 packages that have been stuck or at least last tracked at your location, one from November 30th and the other since December 17th. I have tried to contacting this location directly to no avail. I have also contacted customer service multiple times with no response other then the last tracked location - THIS LOCATION. Your service is HORRID!

I have had a package sitting at your facility since December 5th at 9:33am. It is now December 17th. Why have I not received my package? This is beyond ridiculous. Way to long for my package to be in one spot when it should have been delivered over a week ago.

TWO of my packages has been here for weeks. I’ve been emailing and calling USPS but they haven’t been giving me the help that I need. I just want my packages. My first one was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 5th the other was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 9th. Neither of them have came yet but all my other packages from different places have been shipped and delivered. But if it’s from here, it takes the longest.

Check my tracking number and it suggested that my package is at this location which its been waiting for the last week it's late I don't see what the holdup is something is definitely wrong at this location either they're understaffed or the staff themselves are taking packages. I know that's wrong too suggest but something's going on and it needs to be fixed. Is read the comments they echo what I said.

Well at least this post office finally forwarded my package after holding it hostage for five days. They mis-shipped it to Globe, AZ instead of Phoenix where it was supposed to go. Now Globe is holding it hostage going on 3 days now. I think the three stooges could have done a better job. These people actually get a paycheck and benefits for doing this quality of work. I could have walked to California and gotten my package faster.

I only happened to find out from my local Post Office the investigation was ended and closed. No one contacted me about it all. Priority mail 2 day package has been stuck in this office for more than a week. If I had known it was shipping through this office I would have selected 5 day ups ground, less expensive and still would have been faster. This has happened to me before but only when a package hits THIS office. Really makes it hard to feel bad for the USPS whining about loosing money.

This is the worst post office ever. Unfortunately, it appears that all packages coming into Ontario, CA have to go to the City of Industry post office first before they are sent to where they should be going. However, this is the second time a package I've been waiting for has been sitting at this post office for more than a week. Why??? Why is it just sitting there? Is no one working? You get it in but you never send it out. Still waiting!!! Good thing it's not something I need that's life threatening because I'd die. But I guess my family would have a great lawsuit.

Hi I am complaining employees and company everytime not just one time all the time what time you it post office are open and why they delivered the mail so late all the time either around 7-8 pm or super late and sometime they put the mail address wrong door if you want to do your job then do it right and deliver mail on time
