The Vallejo post office has had to remove drive up Mail Boxes. I have a suggestion to deter bulk mail theft: plant inexpensive tracking devices in the outdoor drive up mailbox collecting bags. A thief would have to carry off the tracking device or sift through the accumulated mail to find the device, or quit stealing mail. The internet and technology should be able to come up with a solution for the removal of a bag by the postal service. Maybe the device could be programmed and activated in time frames when thieves have been a problem and discontinued when mail pickup is expected.

Very poor service I have been missing mail several times I have repeatedly call the post office it seem to be an ongoing issue sometimes not the same carrier. I have informed mail and 7/14/23 I was suppose to get important mail it wasn’t delivered. Saturday no delivery Monday 7/17/ 23 still looking for mailman he have come the time is 3:56 pm. Can you look into this problem.

I ordered a package from Amazon - it was supposed to be delivery by USPS - the mail person left a note on the mailbox stating the mailbox was too small to deliver a desk chair - then we were promised to be delivery the next day - it never came. So, we called the next day - and then we were told that the package was too large for the mail person to deliver to the third floor - anyways, we would've appreciated at least to be notified that we have to come to the post office to pick up the package; really! Be straight forward and let people know what the real reason is why you cannot do your job

Our postal carrier delivers other people’s mail to our home so I can only surmise that he is delivering our missing mail to our neighbors. Either way we are not receiving our mail. We’ve contacted our carrier, his supervisor, the manager and filed a complaint with the postmaster general. Sadly things only get worse. The blatant incompetence of our USPS is overwhelming.

Delivery has been horrible ! My mail has not been delivered in some cases even when an e-mail said it had, and I was home all day. Then left all over my porch and yesterday on my lawn....what is going on in Vallejo!!!

My mail keeps disappearing. It is not my mail carrier but the Vallejo USPS. I called and complained a few months ago and a month later I start getting mail dated 5/2019. That's the mail that disappeared last year. Every few months this happens. Where the heck are they putting my mail that I get it almost a year later? Old system that needs to be flushed and reorganized.

Downtown Post Office - surly guy at the counter moves at a sloths pace and then berates and yells at his colleague because she is not allowed to open a cash drawer without someone verifying her money. Never any postal supplies available.

This place needs to be privatized like DMV if I was Donald Trump these places need to be organized. I go in to get security lock for my tenants and lady at counter asked me to wait on side, in which, I gladly did after waiting in line 15-20 minutes to get to counter. Another 20 minutes I blasted is the supervisor going to see me or ??? Her reply, "oh, you're still here"! Dah, you think I'm waiting for passport you told me to wait here. Finally, supervisor comes out and assured me installation to be done this week. It didn't happen on Saturday I fax the memo thanks for head's up the phone doesn't work and you get the voice touch tone that leads to nowhere!

I watched my mail person drop off a package and some mail and refused to pick up a stamped envelope that I wanted mailed. I placed it on the mail slot with a clothes pin to hold the envelope.

I have been trying to call this office for over two days to make an appointment to get a passport. There is no answer and no way to leave a message either. I called the other office and the person who answered gave me another number (707) 642-3355. I have also tried to call that number and it gives me a short information regarding their address and hours (which is incorrect because it gives the old address) and then it goes on busy signal. Hopefully it will get corrected soon. Thank you

For the past six months mail delivery has become more and more undependable. First, the weekly ads were eliminated. Not a problem. Then I did not receive my sample ballot nor a quarterly schedule from a radio station. Most recently i did not recieve a bill from PG&E and have a very large one to pay this time. I also have not received themonthly account statement from my financial institution. I requested a second copy and have not received it. Where is my mail?

It's very frustrating that I have been waiting for my packages to arrive for 3 days now! I have going to the post office (Vallejo) the past 2 attempting to pick up my packages that are there, according to the tracking number. I don't understand how it takes 2 days sort mail out, when the tracking number is telling me sitting has been completed and item is out for delivery. I tried to make their job easier and just pick up the packages myself and they keep giving me some BS excuse to where my items are at. I don't know if it's all USPS location or just this one, but they need to get their shit together. This is ridiculous! Not to mention the 2-3 months myself along with everyone who lives in my complex had to pick up mail from the post office due to the our mailbox being broken and the USPS took their time fixing it.

I have been staying at the Best Western Inn on 1596 Fairgrounds Dr. for 5 years. Every day I see 3 to 5 carriers come in and do not deliver any mail until 5 or 6 pm. They sit out in the parking lot, throw flyers in the trash, use the rest room and sit in the vehicle. They also speed through the lobby at 10 to 15 MPH, the speed limit is 5 MPH. I've almost been hit twice. You need to do something about this, the manager is ready to ask the additional carriers, who do not deliver mail to not be on the property. If the carriers have all that extra time, don't you think they could deliver the mail sooner?
