this location has taken a package and did not place a tacking order for my package, and they are telling me they don't have it but the UPS tracking states it was dropped off there. So that's what's going on now federal employees are stealing packages. they never answer their phones because they are thieves.
I did a Change of Address which was processed on July 7th and I've only received 3 letters with the yellow stick. I've talked to about 10 people at the Vallejo PO and they all tell me "everything looks proper, just wait a little longer, I filled out the online survey and on Aug, 23rd they emailed and said "its been resolved"....no true. I just found a 800 number and talked to an operator who just open a new case investigation number...so we'll see.
I am upset about the service we have received here. We are constantly overcharged when we take letters in to be mailed. They do not do it when i go in but when my coworker goes in they ALWAYS make him add more postage and will not let him purchase the stamp there or add another one. So then he has to bring it back here completely redo it and take it back. We are with a company. I am currently on the phone with the post office and I am super upset. This is insane.
having great problems with mail service, delivery of wrong mail, not picking up my out going mail and late delivery last week delivery was at 740pm, please look in to this, as disable person i rely on mail pick up thank you
