Postal Locations

I am very grateful to employee K who answered the phone when I could not get through to the Vacaville Post Office at Cernon Dr who never responded to my phone calls. I sent a package that was to a house with a house gate. Apparently union workers do NOT need to go through the gate to deliver mail even when shipped Certified with signature required. She got the carrier on the phone and they agreed to go back to the house and deliver it. I told my daughter who was the recipient to be ready at the time carrier was supposed to go by house. These union workers are apparently only doing the bare minimum when it comes to delivering our mail and they wonder why the US Post Office is becoming obsolete and out competed. I feel bad for those working hard and the few competent ones carrying the slack for the rest.

On Saturday, 3/5/22 - Both the Prairie and Cernon St Post Office's were closed by 1pm. Had to go to a grocery store to buy stamps. What gives??

Sent a sympathy card to an address in Vacaville...was reviewed twice as undeliverable as addressed and returned to sender. Address is correct and in legable Cursive yet "not deliverable"??? Can easily look up address on any GPS service and "voila", there it is. Is the postal service or younger employees not able to read Cursive??? Vacaville can't be that large that noone knows this address or street. Gotta wonder about the quality / education of people being hired. Bit I guess that's always been the case.

Tracking said delivered wed. Went down fri morning 9:30 said itd be delivered within the hour. Almost 4:00 still not. But wait. Said delivered but it’s in her truck? So she lied? She scanned it as delivered to parcel box. We don’t have one. They call her she said it in truck. High $$ item. Maybe they should be checked. This is rediciloiss I paid for this service? Fire them all

I have so much respect for the men and woman working at the post office specially the mail carrier, so I wish that they will also respect our package that they are delivering in front of our door. Dropping it like they don’t care the content, caught it all in ring video.

My only complaint is the delivery of mail. I know it is alot of mail for mail carriers to deliver mail accordingly, but at times the wrong mail is delivered to my address/mailbox. Therefore I have to walk and find the address whom the mail belongs to (apt complex) then I get mail for people who have passed away or someone who has moved out of apt. 10 20 years ago.Mail carriers need to pay attention to address and apt numbers. A few days ago I received mail for the person who lives in apt next to me. Thank you

Second night in a row I've come to use the lobby stamp services and the door is locked. Per the website lobby should be open 24 hours 7 days a week. Has this changed??

Items I have ordered are constantly being put in the wrong lock box. I am always taking packages to someone else's residence. I have a package that said it was delivered several days ago. I would sure like the items that I ordered delivered to me.

Had my nieces cap and gown shipped to us so we could do her ceremony. It first got delayed then it said delivered but was never physically delivered. Needed it today for her graduation ceremony. Try calling and am getting no help

Don't know if it would be that much better to refinance or to keep the loan we have currently which only has 120000 left on it has the balance although I believe they Decatur we have is about 240,000 to 270,000...

Mailed a letter to 101 Currant Lane, Vacaville 95687 two weeks ago. This letter never arrived, a small padded envelope, concerning because this is the second time this has happened. Tracking #9505514367018085112706 says it was delivered 3/28/18 to my mailbox. It isn't there, so where is it?

I mailed a box from Ohio to my son in Vacaville. I paid for shipping guaranteed to be there in 2 days and he never received it. My daughter in law went to your post office and you could not tell her where it is. My tracking number says it was delivered to a parcel locker. What a bunch of nimrods you are.
