Postal Locations

I have tried to call numerous times, no answer. We are located at 4949 Suisun Valley Rd. Half the time we do not receive our mail and the sender shows a no such number. We have a number of 4949 Suisun Valley Rd given to us by the county 2 years ago. One mail person (male) delivers another mail person on the route (not sure male or female) refuses to deliver. Our buildings are 30,000 sq ft and hard to miss, we have our address at the end of a massive driveway. We can not contact anyone because no one will answer. UPS and FED EX deliver no problem. Can someone please respond to this request and let us know what we can do to problem solve this situation.

We live in Goldridge Community. Our mail carrier has refused to deliver our mail for over a month. She keeps claiming our mailbox is blocked. not blocked. I went through the neighborhood and took pictures of all the truly blocked mail boxes. One neighbor has a big basketball hoop in front of her mailbox. It's been there a long time. The homeowner told me the mail lady told them it was okay to have it there, that she can just reach around it. That's just one example. No supervisor will call me back. My daughter went in to the post office and found out that the mail lady put our entire mailbox system on hold. There are three mailboxes. None of us were told. Did not pick up our ballots, is holding medication we have delivered, now refusing to deliver boxes saying access is blocked. Boxes to big to to go into the mailbox. Nothing on our porch. The supervisors and carrier needs to be fired!! Be aware the carriers can put your mail on hold and not tell you, even send stuff back. When my daughter went there the lady at the counter handed my daughter a big bucket of mail. It was sitting in the corner of some room, not where other mail on hold is kept. When my daughter got home and we were looking at the mail and REALIZED SHE GAVE MY DAUGHTER OTHER PEOPLES MAIL TOO. BE AWARE THEY CAN DO THAT TOO. ALL OF THESE THINGS MUST BE OKAY CAUSE NO SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER WILL CALL US BACK

It appears that no one answers the phone at this Post Office. No one has picked up the phone on most of the occasions I called this office. Also, I have not seen where you can make an appointment on their website to apply for a passport for your child. I would rate the USPS website for Fairfield and Suisun a 1 out of 10 for their assistance in making appointments to obtain U.S. Passports.

Does anyone answer the phone? I just need to find out when or if they every pick up the mail from the mailbox on Spring St. in Suisun. I put a letter in there 10 days ago and it still has not arrived at it's destination..which is Fairfield..pretty muchright down the street.

Asking for ur assistance. My mail is delivered by the Fairfield PO. For years customers on Channing Court, FF have complained of the poor service, lost mail, mail incorrectly delivered, late delivery. All the complaints have been directed by EM (20+) to the FF/PO. The FF/PO will not answer the phone or hear any complaints. I there an agency in PO Oakland CA where we can send our complaintsD? TY

I live in Peterson Ranch. I don't know what's going on with the Post Office Delievery Girl. I order online quite often and I don't know why my parcels have not arrived. Crazy thing I was waiting in line to get some stamps and saw a neighbors mail just stacked and left on the counter for all to see. What the heck is going on with Suisun City Post Office. Wake up and Do your job.

Mail delivery has been random in the past 3 weeks. Certain bills have not arrived and DMV registration never arrived. Had to pay over $100 in late fees. $30 late fees per credit cards. Someone needs to be accountable for deliveries. Why is mail delivered Randomly?

I’ve been waiting all day for my pants and out of no where got an update that said it was delivered at 7:37pm. Not only has the regular mail not been delivered, There’s no package in sight. What is going on ?!

Told an attempt was made to deliver my pkgs and that i requested the post office hold them so i could pick up. Both statements are FALSE. I was home when the supposed delivery attempt was made and i never requested the pkg be held at the post office. I am fed up and tired of being routed through dead end phone trees.

I don't know what's going on with the mail delivery to Suisun street but I did'nt get mail on Mon it came at 830pm on tues and then today I was suppose to get a package and the mail carrier told us that our mail and the package would come tomarrow while she was delivering a package across the street. This does not make sense to me. If my mail and package was on her truck why couldn't she give it to me when she was right infront of my house. She just said I will get it tomarrow.

I have always had a good relationship with the employees here. Today, however I was asked to wait for my accumulated mail, I had a P.O. Box which I closed today . The employee told me to wait and said ‘. It will be a while, they have not sorted the letters yet’. So I said ‘ I will wait’. After about ten minutes , she told me the same thing ‘ it will be awhile’ . Meantime there were at least seven more clients that got what they came for and here I was still waiting. When she reappeared she took the change of address form.. without permission from me. I remarked maybe I should come back for my mail. When I got out the door.. I had to go back as it dawned on me.... this was not right. I was never treated that way before no matter how busy they were. In short I asked to speak with the supervisor and told him my dilemma. The girl made me wait and did not come up with my mail despite the wait . It did not make sense at all. The supervisor came back in a jiffy with my accumulated mail. I understand it gets busy but today I would call it medium busy. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I don’t want to be treated like a second class citizen either. Whatever her problem is, she needs reorientation on how people should be treated. It is a a government place , the more she should be up to code in the requirements of her job. I would like to commend the supervisor at this Suisun City Post Office Br. He handled the problem with outmost professionalism. More power to you: hope she strives better and keep fairness and social consideration in her work ethic at all times . I like to think that this won’t happen again! Respectfully, Alicia G.

Carrier doesn't leave me the white bins for outgoing mail and when I left my outgoing packages in my own container the carrier stole my containers. Unacceptable!

I’ve had to reschedule my passport appointment three times because of my own schedule. But I arrived to today’s appointment five minutes late. I’ve waited in line 10 minutes. Another woman had an appointment and she was taken to the back . I tried to ask the employee about my appointment as well, she told me I needed to check in, so I went back to the line . When it was my turn, I spoke to the employee, she gave me attitude right off the bat. Told me I needed to reschedule because I was late. I told her that I have been waiting in line for 10 minutes. She said the other lady has an appointment after you and I said well that’s fine why can’t I go after her? She said no you have to reschedule . Complaint is that she was rude and serious attitude. . She gave it to me before I even told her who I was and my appointment time . No wonder people don’t want to come in there. !! I guess I will use another location for my purchases and of course my passport renewal .

Tonight at 716 Madonna Dr I had to use tools to get my package out of my mail box. It was packed in so tight that I had to use a couple of screwdrivers to pry it out all the while trying not to damage my package. Is it really too much trouble in the future take a few steps to place such packages on my porch? I would appreciate it. Really!

I have paid over $200 in late fees because I am not receiving my mail. I have lived in the same house for 20 years and this last year has been awful because I do not receive my bills. I had to pay $153 late fees because I did not receive my car registration renewals. Please train employees to look at the addresses. I have tried to call the Postmaster but no one answers the telephone.

Why is it that my mail carrier deleveries my mail anytime of day never on the right schedule, my mom is elderly & need her mail early not late after 5pm due to this being a small area

I just called to speak with a "human" and just keep getting the runaround loop of operators not available it would be nice for the recording to say ...leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we open our hours are…or whatever the issue is..

How does one make an appointment for Passports if nobody at this post office or any other post office within Fairifield answers the phone. It also says to leave a message and then the mailbox is full. Very frustrating!
