Postal Locations

I’m very disappointed in the postal service. They have sent my bank statements back to the bank not once but twice. I had to pay a fee each time. I have lived at this address for 46 years. This isn’t the first time I have had problems with my mail being delivered. The postal people aren’t doing their job. Also to call the post office they don’t bother to pick up the phone. This is a disgrace to the postal service.

Our delivery person is not doing her job and is holding my personal either in her truck or at her home. I want her investigated, she again did not deliver my mail or pick up the mail I put out, this is NOT the first time and myself and my nieghbors have complained several times

As I look out my window, I watch my neighbors crossing the street to deliver someone else's mail. Happens almost weekly. In the last two months they have lost two car registrations and delivered several other critical pieces of mail to the wrong address. Don't bother calling. No one will answer. Reporting lost mail goes nowhere. The mail carriers operate with impunity. Now that's job security. No one to complain to and even if you did nothing would come of it. Sickening.

This is ridiculous. I can't get anyone on the phone to solve my issue and the chat experts are anything but. I keep receiving my neighbor's mail and I'm only assuming they are receiving mine, as I'm missing several things I should have received. The mail person is not doing their job correctly and I can't talk to anyone to get this resolved. Very frustrating. I'd give a zero star review if I could!

I sent a birthday card and money and lottery tickets for my sister in tracy you sent her a picture of the envelope since they had mail being stolen from their mail boxes when she showed up to pick up her mail they didnt have the envelope there i would like a explanation for this cant beleive this has happened this is supposed to be the us postal service

Today, 29Jun, my mail was dropped off at my neighbors. This included a drug delivery from Kaiser. Please advise the mail carrier for S. Koster to sort the mail better.

COMPLAINT: I live in Rural South Tracy. 1688 Piper Pl. I have never seen this rural mail carrier before however, he dropped mail off for 3 different houses on my road into my mail box and did not pick up a box of outward bound mail. I wish I could have stopped him as I saw him blow by in his vehicle. I am furious! I saw him and will confront him personally next time. I am a first time complainer! Joe

I have the sweetest mail person in my neighborhood. She is hardworking and friendly. She spells her name the same as my daughter. I read some pretty harsh reviews pertaining to the employees at our little post office and I am appalled. Every time I’ve gone, which is frequently, I have been treated with courtesy, kindness, and helpful guidance. Nobody knows what a person has to contend with especially during this pandemic and loss of funds. Maybe the complainers need to show a little kindness. These are extraordinary times in which we all need to extend kindness.

THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE DEALT WITH. LONG LINES AND SMALL WINDOW FOR PACKAGE PICKUP NOT OPEN ON TIME. KEN CHESTER SUPERVISOR IS HARDLY FOUND ON THE LOCAITON. THEY INSTALLED NEW MAIL BOX ON OUR STREET AND ITS OVER THREE WEEKS NOW AND NO KEYS. MAIL IS BEING LOST AND I AM POSTIIVE I AM NOT GETTING ALL THE MAIL. THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS LOCATIONITS USELESS WORTHLESS. STAFF IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNFRIENDLY. I AM SURE I WILL NOT GET MAIL BOX KEY THIS YEAR AND ALL MY IMPORTANT MAIL WILL BE LOST. DONT MOVE IN THIS ZIPCODE 95376- YOUR MAIL MEANS NOTHING TO THEM.

Tracy postal worker who delivers in the downtown area 10th street is terrible and should be reprimanded. Not friendly at all, does not take outgoing mail, leaves packages at the door or throws them. So unprofessional, I have never seen anything like it.

Horrible. Package number 9114902307224535423048 was sent out June 3, 2020 with an address lable to me: Rachel Irvin 5847 Gushing Spring Ave Las Vegas NV 89131 and my renters address hand written in the from: Richard Fieldings 485 boleyn court Tracy CA The letter has never left California to get delivered to me. It has been almost four weeks and the stamped letter gets to Sacramento then comes back to Tracy. The letter has rental agreement and checks to me for three months rent. Please send my package from Richard Fieldings in Tracy California to me Rachel Irvin in Las Vegas. The automated computer postal system is not working. I already wrote president Donald Trump regarding putting human beings to sort mail instead of the defective computers. Please find my very important package and send it to me in Las Vegas. It has been almost four weeks. Thank you.

I was expecting a package USPS and the next day I received a text stating the package was delivered at 9:37 PM and left at REAR DOOR!!! what is a rear door??? I checked my whole property from top to bottom and there was no package! 9:37pm seems very late for mail delivery from the post office. The whole thing is very strange. I tried calling them but as always, NOOOO ANSWER!!!

I haven't received any mail in 3 days!!! I'm starting to worry as I'm expecting an important document! I've tried calling three times and the phone rang and rang with no answer.

These guys are fantastic.... we had a misplaced/lost package going from Denver to Mountain House.. We filed an online claim, they contacted us that night (a guy named Stacy), and a few days later the (damaged) package was delivered to the correct address. Thank you... you made our Christmas!!

Have not seen postman in our neighborhood all day. Waiting for important document. No mail delivery....???? Neighbor has had mail Out all day for pickup.....it’s still there waiting. What is the problem???

They never answer the phone. Only bring letters for signature once. Have been expecting a letter that is very important that was mailed 6 days ago. Nothing.

No one answers the phone and nor do they respond via email. Makes you wonder what goes on there. In the past when they have answered they are VERY RUDE AND REDIRECT YOU TO THE 800 NUMBER. This is our local post office with poor management.

The phone number 209-835-9795 ring forever without answering! I have mail forwarding originally set until Oct 20th. I am not able to edit /cancel the order since the system can't recognize my login but let me recreated account with exact same user/pwd. Logged in, there is no order history shown. Called 800 number, it couldn't edit the order either. The software has bug to be fixed.

The worst delivery service on earth! When I have packages, the carrier stuffs so much in our mailbox that it jams the door and it cannot be opened. Use your common since! Too lazy to deliver at them door! This isn't the first time this has happened! I either have to track down the carrier if I'm lucky, and call so they can come back to open the backside up. How can a small town have such terrible service??!

I bought an item from eBay weeks ago. The tracking shows it was "delivered" 03/28/18 but when I checked my mailbox, we had no mail nor a package. Tomorrow I am going to the Tracy Post Office to complain about this.

I am resident of Tracy and run a small business from my home. The mail service here is terrible, at least once a week I get my neighbors mail or they get mine. Some days we do not get are mail until 8 or 9 pm. I have packages of supplies for my business that do not show up on time the tracking shows them delivered but I do not get them until 1 or 2 days later. I mail out on the 1st of every month a 100+ Account statements to my customer, it is not uncommon that I get 1 or 2 back 3 weeks later that say damaged can not deliver. They look like they have been on the floor of the delivery vehicle for a couple weeks they have shoe prints all over them. It is just amazing how poorly this post office is run. If I run my business Like they do I would be broke. Oh that's right the USPS is in financial trouble go figure. To bad the postal service is not privatized it could be run more efficiently and cheaper. I think the problem lies in the lazy donkeys that do not care about the job they do because they know it is almost in possible for them to get fired.

What is being done about the poor management of Tracy Post Office. I've had several birthday and graduatuon cards with cash and gift cards stolen over the past 5 years. Currently my mailbox has been broken since Sept and I have received any mail in 2 months! When I go to the annex they rude employe said there is no mail and they haven't got around to rekeying my box.

I have my packages delivered to other addresses all the time , cant get my money back from sellers, as tracking shows delivery , but not to me . So a total loss to me . Office is really rude. They will just say its delivered and thats it. They need to train their employees not to steal and how to deliver at the right address.

Don't waste your time calling because they won't answer! According to inside information, the phone at this particular post office (129 W 9th St) is always muted during business hours while workers are busy doing other things. Phone is muted due to a large amount of calls, some of them just asking for closing time. If you want to make an appointment for passport, you need to come in person.

Still no one answering the phone. How do I make an appointment for a passport if no answers the phone? It bad enough this post office only take appointments in the middle if the the Monday thru Friday. No stars for you!

I had a package sent from Sri Lanka it was returned as insufficient I have lived at this address for well over ten years the street I live on is six blocks at least not one carrier who delivers to this could not figure out who I am! I worked for another PO for over 15 years and was a t6 I know everyone that resided at all locations on my routes!!!

I agree with the others, no one answers the phone and when you go in customers service leaves alot of improvement, most employees are rude at best. Service hours are definitely not for the working man/woman, if you need to go, you'll have to take off work. Very disappointed with the Tracy PO on Commercial Dr.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Then when you call the USPS directly the automated system asks for voice commands but cannot understand anything you say! Very frustrating, I can see whey people complain about the US mail, going to UPS

No one answers the phone! Oh ya actuall someone did pick up the phone. However didn't answer, instead they just hung it right up!

Why have a number if nobody answers? My package has been in Tracy's post office since the 11th early in the morning and it hasn't moved since, just wonderful.
