I had two pieces of mail stolen within a month. Both had money. One for Christmas and one from a credit union and may have looked a little like a check. Our carrier has been out for surgery. I called PO and nothing they could do. I’m going to maim PO as maybe others have had problems. Someone should be fired and go to jail.
Today, I had out-going mail and never received any mail today. The service is so irregular and may get here at noon or 2pm. When we had Justin on this route the service was GREAT. Please get rid of the poor employees they don't do you any good.

Worst post office I have ever had anything to do with in 55 years of life after having lived all over the country (my family was in the Navy). NEVER have I had to deal with such an incompetent post office, with such poor customer service. It would take me twenty minutes of typing to let you know everything they have done wrong or poorly.
AVOID THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU CAN.
Just about one or two times a month my outgoing mail never is delivered to the address I've sent mail to; and it's always very important, such as rent payment etcetera. What is going on? My neighbor found a large envelope sticking out of my curb mounted mail box Friday night November 24 and took it out and placed it near my front door out of sight of the street. This is not a new thing in this neighborhood. One person had a prescription hanging out of her mail box. The mail person is either lazy or incompetent as we often have to exchange wrong delivered mail.

There are 3 blue mail boxes outside my office building that are so full of mail its impossible to put anything else in. Its obvious the mail hasn't been picked up in days. I tried to call the office all day but no one ever picks up. Finally I called the main number and all they can do is take a report and have someone contact me in 48 hours. Horrible service!!!
I have the local office on speaker cell phone (just ringing and ringing) and the toll-free number on speaker on my work phone (just ringing and ringing). How frustrating.
Calling my local T.O. office and no one is answering. I have a very quick and simple question, but cannot get an answer 'cause no one is picking up the phone. Also my mail person keeps changing, which in itself is not a big deal, but they keep coming at different times of the day. No consistency! It's annoying. Got disconnected from my first attempt at calling. Waited a minute and called back and someone answered the phone.
