Postal Locations

I tried to mail some packages today 1-6-15. The first time I went I tripped a eye that has a loud ding that alerts the workers that someone is there. I could hear a loud conversation between two people right around the corner that lasted over 10 minutes I rang the bell 4 more times and still nobody came. I could see them the whole time through the mirror they have set up to see if customers are there. I left and cooled down and in 30 minutes I came back. Again loud talk-the ding and ignored. I then spoke up and said exuse me, is somebody working the front counter? The gal in the back said wait a minute, and started in the talk again. I waited a minute, and said this is the second time I have been in hear to try and mail my packages, It doesn't seem like you are going to slow down! The gal wipped around the corner and said she was talking about policies. BTY the conversation was about another customer and policies!
She said I can mail those for you now. I said no I will take these to the Yuba City Post Office! She said she was getting ready to come and help me that she wanted to finish her conversation. I asked her if she could do that in between customers. She gave me a dumb founded look!
