My mail keeps getting lost and some important papers have been lost too. They don't care about delivering mail properly. I have a hard time making calls and asking to resend my mail because the local USPS mailman keeps on losing my mail.

I’ve been waiting three weeks for my apartment mail key that the post office lady told me should take one week. Paid a $50 deposit and still haven’t received a call or anything. It was an older lady who works at the post office. Been trying to call and the phone number they provide doesn’t even lead you to an operator when you wait, instead it hangs up. The 800 number doesn’t even have options for mail key services. I just want my mail!

Slowest delivery. Unprofessional. Hold's packages instead of delivering them. Will talk down to you like you are mentally challenged. All resistant to perform their duties and will never go above and beyond for any of their customers.

I came into the marysville post office where I hold a PO Box and asked a clerk by the name Jaz about a letter that was delivered by UPS . I have never had a parcel delivery from UPS delivered to my PO Box before so I was unsure of the process. He was RUDE and very unprofessional in answering my questions. I explained to him that this was a new process for me but it didn’t seem to matter. I work with the general public every day at my job and I would never treat someone they way he treated me. I choose to pay they $134.00 a year for safe mail delivery but if I have to deal with that kind of treatment I will definitely stop my PO BOX service and go with another form of service. The way I see it you are paid to do a job without being a total jerk. I hope this gets addressed ASAP

My mother went into the hospital and will not pick up her mail for two more weeks. If the mail carrier thinks that more mail will fit in her mail box she is high. Why can't you hold the mail at the post office? Because I didn't inform the post office 30 days in advance, her junk and bills will be trapped and she will be paying late fees. HOw could I know that she was going to be sick? She is 81 years old. She is not going to go to the post office to sign a hold order. I have tried to create a hold order by office phone, by email and by the automated phone. This is not acceptable.

I live on Arthur st in marysville in apartments I have no clue where outgoing mail is accepted here so I left a note for postal carrier informing that I have mail going out that I set in a envelope pouch on the inside of my box but he never acknowledged it or my mail going out. Another issue is please ask the carrier to try to not leave mail sticking out through the cracks because someone is pulling my mail through and is opening it and it was a important document with personal info as well as mail not being delivered lately

I miss our long time carrier "Debbie ". She had been on our route for a long time & always had time to smile & give my dog a treat & he sure let me know when she was coming. Will she ever be on our route again? 1018 Laurel Ave. olivehurst (Linda)
