The manager there is absolutely horrible. She is not helpful, doesn't listen at all... And talks over and down to anyone who is unfortunate enough to be in a position to have to interface with her. I'm going to research further and make formal complaint to postmaster general

I think this USPO is great. I've been using it for over 20 years, and I've only had one problem. (Resolved) They are efficient and polite. My mail person is very efficient as well. I couldn't be happier.

The Saratoga Post office has the POW flag ABOVE the American Flag on their flag poll. The American Flag is ALWAYS on the TOP. This is a Goverment Office. Doesn't anybody know anything about our Countries Flag?

I am enrolled in USPS informed delivery. According to the email I received on 10/8/20 I should have received mail-in ballots yesterday. But, there was none in my locked mailbox. I received my USPS informed delivery mail today and the image does not show any ballots to be delivered today. What is happening? Are they misdelivered to some other address?

FYI: I got 2 Official Voter Info Guides addressed to other people in my mailbox today. Will put them back in box for mail tomorrow with note send to correct address. FYI It is not 'ballot', but it is voter info.

Untrustible service: I have three items USPS showing delivered but it is just lies. I have not received them. I paid for two days delivery and one of them shown delivered three days ago, one shown delivered yesterday 6:30pm. USPS needs to fire un-honest people and provide correct information and delivery goods on time. It it not money issue I need these items for my project, the delay will cause these items useless. #9405508205496596813434 9361289676091266194296 #9400111202511822368189 this deliveryed to another city and stay in local for more than 30hours

Package to be delivered on Sunday. I sat in my kitchen waIting for it. No door bell, no knock on the door. My daughter arrives and says there is an empty amazon envelope at your door. There was the envelope opened with the product missing. According to your own carrier info they should have knocked or rung my ring doorbell.. this is unexceptable.

I had a mail hold fdor 4 days . I specifically said to hold all packages, I have been getting notified every day that package delivery was attempted and it will probably be sent back if these guys dont check the mail hold like they said they would. I have attempted calling 22 times in 3 days and not once did they bother to answer their phone .

I had a mail hold for 9 days. When I got home from picking up the mail I discovered it was mail for someone else . So where is my mail? I went back and the lady at the counter wrote down a phone # to call and it was disconnected. I have tax info that was to be sent to me, checks etc.....WHERE IS THAT?

My mail stopped being delivered. It hasn't been delivered for days now. The letter in my mail slot for the mailman to pick up is still sitting there. Pathetic!!
