2nd day no mail yesterday they said they haven't delivered yet and never came now it's Friday at 3:40 pm still no mail and again I call and they say not delivered yet its on its way guess I'm not getting my mail that is very important again on Woodard rd very disappointed guess we will go with out again
Excited to submit a local nominee for a Darwin Award: Mailbox-installers for the USPS set in place 2 bright blue drive-up mailboxes at the Hamilton & Lewellyn Post Office. Set in concrete, these new mailboxes cannot now be reached (not by rolling down one's driver-side window anyway) To deposit correspondence, one must get out of one’s car and enjoy futzing to find the very thin mail slot. The receptacles…well, turns out they’re set 10-12” too far back, so ya gotta get outta your car unless you have the reach of an NBA power forward. Such good exercise! The installers deserve applause. Btw, the guy in the car ahead of me barely squeezed out of his car, then appeared to twist his ankle getting back in. Found out why, too…so I drove to a parking space and walked into the Post Office to deposit my letter. As I walked out, I saw a driver, exasperated, throw up her hands, then drive off. Look on the bright side: Drive-up inboxes like these will cut down on drivers using them, cuz one can't. Congrats to the responsible--perhaps a Darwin Award winner right in our backyard!
Hello, I couldn't get thru on the land-line. I had some shipments received/delivered to my address: 14685 Oka Road, Space 8, Los Gatos, CA. And Ebay is not showing them as received/delivered. Perhaps the carrier didn't scan them in, upon delivery? This mobile home park is rather confusing for delivery people. Here are the package tracking numbers: 9400 1112 0250 8720 8511 96, UE765072310KG, 9400 1362 0203 6079 4267 18, The last is a stamped envelope rec'd from Milwaukee WS, postmarked 18 APR 2022 PM 6, from 612 8th Avenue, New Glarus WI, 53574. I need them to be scanned as delivered, so I can leave Ebay feedback, so the Seller gets paid. Thank you. -Laura Katicich
It seems our daily mail delivery person changes so often that the person does not know how to read mail address such that we have been getting mails addressed to our neighbors. This is tax time and I am afraid that my mails are being misdelivered to my neighbors. This is terrible!!! I am not obligated to redeliver mails to my neighbors and they vice versa. Protecting indiviudal personal iinformation and Identify does not exist for misdelivering mails. Worst, no one at this post office answers phone calls!!! No wonder less and less people are using the USPS service that is resulting huge financial loss for USPS!!!!

We have new Mailbox Installed per the instruction of the Campbell Post Office. Now the post office must put the post office key and this has not happened for MONTHS.
Supervisor is NEVER in the office. Despite so many phone calls and going to the office SO many times, all I get is talk to the supervisor (who is NEVER there). There's no phone number or contact person to escalate in order to solve this issue. - There is no letter or any advise on what we need to do from our end. I'm sorry to write this comment because the people in the office re really nice, but in this case the Campbell Post Office Services is TERRIBLE BEYOND BELIEF.
Xmas cards are two weeks late, but we finally got an alert that it was delivered at 7:44pm and left on our front porch! Funny thing is we were home and have windows and a Ring doorbell all facing our front porch areas and nothing or no one came to our front porch or mailbox tonight? Why does the tracker say it was delivered but obviously nothing was delivered? Was it left somewhere else??
No mail for 3 days now and my package was tracked as delivered and was NOT delivered yesterday. We didn't get mail on Saturday but did on Sunday! Wow! This is not supposed to happen in America! Thank you Trump for destroying our post office! In fact, you have destroyed our country! You lie and so do those you employ with our money. I want my mail! I have not received any mail for the last 2 days. I believe my regular carrier may be on vacation. Whenever a substitute takes her place, the carrier cannot locate my house. My street is a mix of numbers starting with 16-- and 17--. I happen to be the first 16 next to a 17 house and believe this is the cause of confusion. I have been tracking a package that was to be delivered by yesterday evening. When I tracked it today, the message said it was returned to the post office for address verification. I checked my order confirmation and the address is correct. The carrier just cannot find my house. I have numbers on my house and have a label over my mail slot with my address. Where is the carrier looking?
Our route is continuously being changed. As a business it is very important that we are receiving our mail on time. We go days without no mail, no one answers the phone at the post office location. I receive notifications after hours that our package is being delivered which is untrue and then the packages are delivered days later. We have complained, no one seems to care. I have been told that they aren't supposed to state the item is delivered and that's fraud. I get that due to the current situations they are short handed but this seems to be an issue with organization and poor leadership.
We did not receive mail for at least four days. THen, we received a bunch of mail yesterday morning,which in unusal because our mail is usually delivered in the late afternoon, and then again, no mail today. What is happening? I feel that we cannot depend on the mail being delivered in a timely matter.
When I track the above package, it shows delivered August 25. I DID NOT receive this package yesterday! I was home ALL day. Nothing at my door and nothing in my mail box AND yesterday we DID NOT get any mail at all yesterday!!!
What is going on?
I am expecting a package which states it was “delivered” on February 6th. It is now the 8th and still no delivery. This is the 3rd time in the last few months that this has happened where the tracking of a package erroneously indicates it’s been “delivered” when it hasn’t been. Haven’t received any mail for 3 days. Not sure what is happening but it’s getting ridiculous.
For the last several months we only receive mail 2-3 times a week . The week I haven’t receive any mail. I am signed up for the service that emails pictures of what to expect in your mail each day and have received nothing. I am filing a formal complaint with the post master.
I'm living on 2407 Fenian Dr. This week I didn't receive any mail at all and I'm know for sure it was sent to me (very important information from the hospital). This is definitely something really wrong with the service lately. And I know - this is not just my problem, but for the whole neighborhood. Can you, please, fix this really serious problem? Thanks!
For several months, we have had issues with our mail delivery and outgoing mail. When we receive mis-delivered mail, we simply give it to our neighbors (this is happening on an ongoing basis). Outgoing mail is not received by the businesses to whom we post payments. We began going into the postal stations (Dell & Heritage) to ensure safe delivery. That has not helped. We now are receiving calls from our vendors that they have not received our payments. I understand there was a pilot program in Campbell and there is a shortage of mail persons. Our mail is now coming late at night and although we appreciate having our mail delivered it seems there are too many problems within the postal service. Vendors not receiving payments or the mail is lost and delivery is sporactic is not an acceptable way of doing business. We hope this can be rectified soon.
