I have a package that has been sitting at this post office for over 20 days. The sender is in CA. 20 days and it has not even left the state. Something is seriously wrong here and someone needs to fix it NOW. Someone is not doing their job. I think I will contact my state rep. This is a government agency and needs to be held accountable. Christmas is long over. That is no longer a excuse. Someone do something.
I don't understand how 2 pieces of my mail have been lost in the mail! Each time I have to pay $15.00 to stop payment and call to hopefully get late charge refunded. Who can I contact to refund me all these fees when I pay my bills on time and the post office loses the items!!
I have ordered two items twice from a place in Utah. For whatever reason the mail get sent to this post office before coming to the other side of the US where I live. The first time it took me 3+ weeks to receive my first item. It arrived AFTER Christmas when it should have been here way before. This time around I track my package I ordered on 1/7 and it has been just sitting at this location ever since he 8th! No movement whatsoever. I don't know why it needs to sit at one location for a week. Things I've ordered from China get here faster.
I need some help regarding my mail at my office. We have a box with which we receive our mail and also there is a couple large boxes for bigger packages. The mail carrier left a key in our box to get a large package. The key does not work, I left a not on the outside of the box. He did nothing but say left side 1-P. I left another note for today. I have read nothing but bad reviews about your post office. I've been saving up for a $75 drum box for months. It was mailed to you Aug 27th from a business (on Amazon)an hour away and received by your post office August 28th 2020. I have been tracking it for three weeks and it hasn't moved from your location. What the hell is going on?you obviously don't answer your phone so I can't talk to anybody so I tried this.
Damn this is crazy 90 reviews saying people are stealing in Creekside postal office and I agree. They lost my 900$ package. Theresa acts like she’s nice but very rude when she gets the chance. These people here are literally stealing . I waited 1 month for this package to arrive and it never got here and prolly will never get to me. We need to rearrange this facility and get every single employer and manager fired. This is a federal business so maybe contacting the higher ups will get these people fired. These people lazy and hate there job . LAZY people man. I’m going to find that package because I know it’s there and they waiting to auction it off .
A thirty to forty minute wait on the phone is ludicrous and unacceptable. Certified mail sent on 6/1 has not arrived by 6/6. Santa Clarita, CA center will not answer the phone but does hang up after several rings. Filed a complaint/report to no avail yet. WE all need to complain to your Senator about this messy process. We now pay more and get nothing! Hate to say this buy Trump is correct on the USPS issue.
I live in a condo complex. I noticed on Sunday that there were three envelopes left in a mail locker, which has no door. They appear to be from financial institutes and are either tax info or bank statements. They were for three different addresses within the complex. I assumed that the mail carrier would put them in the proper locked boxes today, but he did not. Just trying to prevent potential fraud. Please respond for the address of the complex.
I don’t know why you have a phone number listed. No one ever answers it. I let it ring 5 minutes until it disconnected me so I called back and let it ring another 3 minutes before I gave up. Why post a phone # if no one is going to answer it.
Horrible postal service in Castaic, constantly putting mail in the wrong boxes!!! Not professional at all! Absolutely no brains!! We are so tired of receiving everyone else's mail, makes me wonder how many envelopes and or packages we have not received!!! Very disappointed!!
Why do I get my mail at 5:30 or 6:30 every day. I used to get it at 1:00 or 2:00. But now it comes so late that if I get something important In the mail I can't go to my bank or call a company. They are all closed.
I am on hold as I type this. I am calling because I was informed by the Sheriff's dept that I needed to call because someone stole my mail from my mailbox. I have now been on hold for over 10 minutes (calling long distances as well). This is ridiculous. And they wonder why people are not using the US Postal Service like they use to. If the service was better, business would pick up. Take a hint people!! I don't have the time to waste waiting and wondering if anyone is coming back on the line.
Agree everyone, I've lived in this town for over 20 years past 10 years have been the worst. Other people get my mail I get other peoples mail my packages are sent back saying undeliverable? How can that be lived here for over 20 years? My package is not delivered again and it's not updated again. fire all and start over
I called and called,priority mail letter arrived on 6/28/2015, santa clarita . Leaves Santa Clarita for delivery 06/29/2015 IN TRANSIT SINCE 6/29/2015 Expected delivery 06/29/2015, 4:17 am it is now 07/07/2015 and it has yet to be delivered.
Ok from reading a few of these posts I do not have the warm and fuzzies here. I am disabled and ordered Service dog equipment and according to the tracking it's been "hung up" at this facility for over 3 days now. Website said it would be delivered yesteray (4/13/15), nothing. Mail has just run today...(4/14/15) nothing. I call Service Dog to ask for info and help on their end. They said there was nothing they could do and suggested I call this facility, she gave me a #661-775-7166...no answer. I then looked it up here and it's not the same # so I called the one listed...again no answer. WTH is wrong with these people?????

No one answers the phone! Unreliable as ever. Too bad everyone doesn't just use Fedex or UPS to send letters. I'm missing several paychecks, but oh I have a ton of worthless junk mail stuffed into my mailbox daily.

Horrible to try calling this place, my package showed out for delivery 5 days ago and never was completed. So now what am I supposed to do since they lost my package and wont answer the phone?! No customer service here and terrible delivery skills.
This post office needs an enema. Everyone here is corrupt. They have stolen packages from us in the past as we had filed complaints with them but just like any government agency. You get nowhere fast. Mike Rios is the supervisor and he's the worst of them all. Lazy and good for nothing.
WTF... did a 1-Day Priority with Signature confirmation sent on Tuesday 11/12/13 from Pasadena, CA to Bakersfield, CA some how got sort to Bethpage, NY on Friday 11/15/13? It's not even the Holidays yet and they are screwing up. This is the second time Santa Clarity Sort Facility f-up!
Tried calling USPS customer service. What a JOKE! Tried over and over to get through automated system. Never was able to speak with anyone and automated service did not understand my issue! OMG SO frustrating! I expect this from FedEx ...not US Postal Service!
The guy at the passport services on Saturday (06-22-2013) is the rudest and most unprofessional customer representative I have ever met in my entire life. He does not have any clue of what customer service means. He needs more training and if he cannot handle it, he must be fired from this position. It is a shame that every office personnel is courteous but him. Please do something about this, and if not, then I will bring this complaint as high up as I can until it is heard.
