Newhall has some issues with their carriers. For the third time in two months our mail and packages are not being delivered. My husband ordered me a gift and the merchant confirmed it's been delivered but it's not in our mailbox. Argh!
This by far is the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. There have been countless packages either lost, delivered to the wrong address , or marked as delivered and not delivered at all. When calling their location they RARELY answer the phone and when they do the managers attitude is so dismissive and rude. I truly hate dealing with this post office. I am thinking about moving just so I do not fall in their delivery area.

Would appreciate some sort of time frame as to how long before order is processed and replacement installed? Gas prices being what they are, I'm certain you can appreciated our asking for an expeditious replacement. Is there a better contact number, one that actually gets answered, to speak with Post Master directly?

They claimed that my social security number was compromised.

When I called the number back, the number seemed legit, which means it was hijacked.

I have a package this come from China with the tracking number. It’s gone through every step every expeditiously except when it arrived at the new Hall post office. It’s been sitting there now for five days doing nothing! I would like to know why this is occurring?
Whenever I receive the package from other country via EMS, post carrier didn't visit to my house. But on their system, they said that they attempted to deliver and left notice. Today I received the same text message but nobody came and nothing notice. After calling to this post office, they said that they will deliver within 1 hour. So I'm still waiting ….but nobody come...and I called them again. They hold me...and hang up. And they don't answer the phone until now. It's really terrible.
Packages are not being delivered to my house and the tracking says they were delivered. I’ve submitted a reschedule online and they have no record of it. I called and they just repeat the status that I can already see when tracking the package. The phone number they gave me for the local post office is disconnected. Three packages in the last three days lost or with false tracking info. This is terrible service.
This is a sorry state for the USPS.
At Christmas left a box with an expensive phone in it on top of the mail area instead of leaving it at my door. When it wouldn't fit in the mailbox.I've also found my mail on top instead of in my mailbox when the unit # wasn't used.But the last name is written inside the mailbox should have been matched.I guess that's too much trouble. & Now I've received a important Time sensitive letter today on the 22nd when it was post marked on the15th & then again on the 17th. I missed an Interview that was pre- scheduled on this letter. If I can't reschedule. This situation is going to impact !my family unbelievably adversely.ðŸ‘Ž:-(
Terrible service. Sent packages and envelopes using priority mail. Postal carriers shove materials into small mailboxes instead of delivering to front door. They ignore post office instructions such as : "Do Not Bend" or "Fragile."
Not worth paying for priority mail services! Will use UPS from now on.
