I was trying to find out if the package I mailed months ago was traceable as the receiver did not get it till now. I presented the receipt to the staff member (a very old lady on the left of the counter on the day of 4/26/17 noon time) and asked if that was traceable, the staff said it's not and I said it's ok, but she then asked me what's inside the package and forced me to answer. I did not realize what she meant initially, but then she said something about mailing iphone. This is very unacceptable. She does not have the rights to ask a customer that way and suspect customers with no reason. This is an insult.

I've been trying to call and make an appointment to get a passport. Been calling for 20minutes now. No one is picking up - every couple minutes the call is disconnected.Why don't you have an online appointment reservation system. Why do I have to call you? It would be easier for me and less work for you to make this appointment online.
