Get a mail sorter machine, residents in large area are incensed at careless mail handling. I do not get statements; when delivered to wrong address it endangers my finances by giving my accounts information to strangers who may collaborate with fraud rings. I depend on mail, computer not available due to virus shutdown of public facilities. Packages delivered to other people. Few people send incorrectly delivered mail to correct recipient, but just throw in trash. Postal jobs pay better than most jobs, so hire people who can read to do sorting. NO EXCUSE for careless handling. Fire the sorter then ensure the next worker does job correctly.
