On multiple times the "NEW" mailman has just dumped ALL of the building's 3 floors to the 1st floor suite and left without picking up mail for the rest of the floors. An employee of the 1st floor run after him to tell him to go up to the rest of the floors and pick up the mail. He just kept walking without even acknowledging her calls. Just kept walking!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! USPS get your act together!!! Don't just keep increasing postage rates!!!
I've been waiting for a male from Vegas Vegas for quite a while now they sent it back the 1st time for I don't know what reason and and now I'm waiting for it it should've been here since yesterday and I have no mail no email saying saying that it's here
Our mailbox has broken in to about a month now. We called for someone to come and fix it because we are receiving no mail. I have checks. I was supposed to be getting I have jail letters from my brother that are missing.where am I supposed to go to get all of these

The mail delivery persons are very careless about putting mail in the wrong mailboxes
Today Mom, November-,at 5:40 the mail person was leaving & I asked him directly if he had picked up mail out of the outgoing mailbox , he said “ Yes , I did”
Then I looked into the outgoing mailbox since the lock is unlocked and there was a stack of mail waiting to go out
I them looked in a unlocked package box @ found a stack of miscellaneous persons mail
I also gave it to him ???
Please advise them to pick up out going mail on a daily basis

I have been having issues with the mail man not delivering all my mail to me. Sometimes I get the next door neighbors mail. I take to them and put in the the mail slot for them. But no one gives me my mail? We never received a package that we were waiting for. It had a tracking number and said it was delivered. But it was given to the wrong home. I have been waiting for 3 and half weeks for the mail man to find the package and deliver it. I finely talked with him yesterday and he said to give him 3 days to get the package and deliver it to me. He knows who he delivered it to. But they have not been home to ask them for it. I am worried that they will not give it to him because he is taking so long to ask them for it. I think that the mail person should be trained on how to deliver mail correctly. I do not trust the San Jose mail service anymore.
Usually I have a bad experience when dealing with the post office, but today Bre was so helpful. She found my son’s Halloween costume! Thank goodness, he’s only 5. Thank you Bre for going above and beyond!
The woman behind the small desk in the lobby NEEDS TO BE FIRED! She is not helpful is a nuisance and obstructs people from being able to use the post office. She asks questions that are none of her business and give bad information mainly to keep people from using the post office. I have a job where I must go in there everyday and she makes it just unbearable. FIRE HER PLEASE!!!!
Customer Service training needed at the St James location
I was at the post office this morning 12/23/2019, and have a PO Box at this location. I have come into the post office and the person behind the small desk, is rude to people, and was eating at her desk one day. I complained that it was not appropriate to eat while working and she gave a snide remark back, like, "what's it to you"? she obviously does not care. I asked today to speak to the supervisor of this location and the crew did not allow me to do so. My complaint today is ...There were three ppl at the counter and one person at pick up and the three ppl did not have anyone in line. I asked why they could not help out the pick up line....Abram did finally help but had the attitude, it was not my job...He was awful talking back to ppl. Lied and said that the person in the lobby was the supervisor...I do know that this is not the truth....Please do something about this location...these ppl there are not profession and give the Post Office a horrible reputation.

I have had problem with the mail man in this zip code too. The guy name Mark who daily deliveries is ok. But when he took the vacation, the guy who temporarily replace for him, never come to get my mail. It has been 2 weeks, my mail out is still in the mail box. What 's a disappoint??

I don't know what Is going on with the mail carrier lately but the past few months have not attempted to deliver certain packages and they go straight to this post office for holding. Then I check with this particular post office and they never seem to have it or can't find it. You need to get your shit organized your a postal service, UPS is needed than this crao. No one here at this location seems to know anything and is always losing our mail. This is no ok and so unprofessional government location.
I have been battling with this post office since November. I have spent over 100 to get my mail and still have gotten no mail? When they do answer and it is rare they say the right thing but it never happens? I have no idea where my mail is. I paid for them to change out the lock at my condo nothing yet, I have paid for a po box no mail in there either. They said they would hold for pickup on sat and there was no one behind the counter on saturday. i have heard them screaming at customers and the most shocking was when a customer said eh can't scream at me and the guy behind the counter said and I quote "we can do whatever we want". Where does one go from here????? Who can one complain to?I called the 1-877 number a 50 wait on the phone they say.............WTH is happening.
it is a bunch of crap that no one picks up the phone EVER! I have spoken with a supervisor and have a specific note on my door instructing mails carriers NOT to leave packages on the porch as they will inevitably be stolen yet time and time again my packages are left there and have in fact been stolen numerous times! It is no wonder they are closing location after location and constantly laying off employees
