After several mail package thefts from a Mailbox located 2 houses down from my property I have made multiple attempts to contact my local Postmaster to begin the process of moving my mailbox onto my property where I can at least record any thefts that occur. I was told I must contact my local postmaster FIRST. And when I use these listed phone numbers there are no answers and often I am disconnected without being able to leave any sort of message. Lois De Joy is a complete traitor to the USPS and should be held accountable for this evil greed. But that's no excuse for running these offices with underpaid skeleton crews.

It has been 2 weeks no one come to pick up my mails. I call this office to ask the reason why? (Phone call: 408-998-0231), and I called 5 times, no one answer the phone (Called on: 11/18/2019 - at: 11:42 am-11:45 am). Very disappoint!!!
