I am shocked that giving change for a money order bought seems to be such a low priority. At least once, a clerk asked if I minded receiving less change than I was owed. Today, when I tried to pay in exact change, the Asian female clerk interrupted my counting process to try to sell me a stamp, asking me which stamp I would want (they were exactly the same). She could have asked another clerk for change when that situation happened, too. Last year, a clerk tried to sell me extra packaging that I did not need, to send a present; I got the impression she was trying to profit from that situation. As for today, I just left without buying anything.

How much does it cost to mail a letter. NOTHING is on the Internet, except ways to buy Forever stamps. I have a bunch stamps at various prices: $.42., .04, .02, etc. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FOREVER STAMP??????

One of the worst service providers. I lost multiple first class mail with tracking numbers. My recent lost first class mail with tracking number is 9400111206371568549343. Received a text that it has been delivered to my mailbox. But nothing was there. DISGUSTING…

The Pine Street Post Office NEVER answers its telephone, and the main 1-800 number has a main menu and Other menu that does not allow one to speak directly to someone at the post office. Really bad customer service.

I had sent an insured priority mailed package from AZ to my niece, it was a family heirloom. It arrived to this facility whereby it was stolen prior to being scanned for delivery. I will now contact SF Police, as I cannot seem to reach the Post Master at this location. There is a thief working there and anyone should think twice before doing any business at this Post Office.
