I had to send a parcel international at the Chinatown office. I was packing my item with a rigid package and the person at the desk recommended to use an envelope. I followed her advice. Result: after 3 days the pack is back. Reason: I had to use a rigid package instead of an envelope. To pick it up I had to go till north-beach because Chinatown office is too small to hold packs. I took it and I went back to the Chinatown office for a refund and to resend the pack. They said that for the refund it was necessary a supervisor and they had not, so I had to go back to north-beach if I wanted. Congratulations, this is the worst performance I ever seen in any postal office in any nation.
